“I had mailed a letter that required a signature to MN on 7/2/24. The letter was returned on 8/12/24; receiver moved, unable to deliver. But it wasn't returned to the store where I had sent it from. Taryn went above and beyond to track down the letter for me.”
“The manager was so helpful to get me a quote for international shipping. She gave me a lot of info about international shipping. I ended up not sending my package because it cost so much money. I recommend that you guys send or drop off your package here. Fast and efficient service.”

“I usually enjoy coming to this location whenever I drop off return packages from Amazon. However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.”
