Our HOA had found a couple of sites that sold them, one person that would install it if we had a concrete pad and was looking for a 3rd contractor to pour a pad and haul away our old mailbox. I reached out to Christian and they were able to handle all aspects of the job in a timely manner. He even had the mailbox in stock. He was friendly, professional, and the job was completed as promised at the exact quoted amount. Christian is very friendly and I spoke with him for a few minutes during the install and he goes the extra mile to make the process smooth for his customers. He confirmed the day before and the morning off and showed up on time. I would highly recommend you work with him for your locking mailbox.”

“I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”

“This is our go to UPS store, he one on 100th next to subway and down from Bartells. It's the closest to where we live.The employee'sare very helpful. The mail gets picked up earlier between 12:30pm and 2pm. If packages are brought in after that time they are picked up then I believe the package goes out the next day same time between. I asked that question because I wanted to make sure my items got sent out the same day. This UPS is closed on Sundays. I called the one up by target and Safeway but they said the packages don't go out until the next day at 5pm. So im thinking why take my packages there if the UPS sends them monday-saturday at 5pm daily?Its most beneficial If I wait until monday at least then the packages will be sent out between 12:30pm and 2pm.sooner at the UPS ON 100TH AVE Edmonds bowl location.The biggest issue for me is getting the package/s sent out as early as possible. Even if 5 UPS stores are open on Sunday's their mail carrier comes the earliest around here at 5pm the next day Monday. Nothing g gets sent out on Sunday's”

“Pling on - we have had a box at Dockside pretty much since the inception of the business (the owner and my wife are well acquainted from our days of having a boat at Shilshole). They receive our mail for our business, no problem. They forwarded the mail for our business, no problem. When asked, they hold the mail for our business, no problem. And as others have stated, the staff is beyond friendly. I can't really speak definitively to rates, as we never shopped around (my wife was eager to support the owner Lisa when she opened Dockside's doors), but other posters have said the rates are competitive, and I am prepared to assume they are. Highly recommend.”

“ABS was very helpful and efficient with the replacement of our vandalized community mailbox. The challenge of collaborating with the mailbox users for the replacement funding and working with the USPS were more substantial. My advice... if you have a vandalized community mailbox that needs replacement - the sooner you begin the replacement process the sooner the USPS will be able to resume mail delivery.”

Maybe half the week and you have to wait on the phone for over a minute to reach anyone because the automated system.”
