Today he went above and beyond for me and my poor queen who had a c section and 2 out of 5 survived.... sigh on top of that my card had expired with out my knowledge at the vet earlier today...so I checked my mail and behold it was there....well it said that I could just use it in the paper from becu...well I went to use it and it had to be activated :< and I was at closing time ..left my dumb phone and just having a heart break ..and James, bless this man helped me. I'll never forget that act of kindness because regardless of the company it's still a choise at the end of the day. Your choise was love. I'll be back tomorrow and I will pay for the comp of can food that he comped me to have some wet baby cat good for my recovering himalayan queen. I'll never forget either. ❤️”

“Five Stars for Per Evolution!

I can’t say enough good things about Per Evolution and the care they gave my Samoyed, Morgana—affectionately known as Madame. She was desperately in need of grooming, and I was a little nervous since I usually give her a vet-approved sedative beforehand due to her anxiety. This time, I forgot.

But the groomers at Per Evolution handled her with incredible patience and care. They took the time to calm her gently, and to my amazement, Madame Sammy allowed them to bathe and groom her without the sedative. That speaks volumes about their compassion, skill, and understanding of anxious pets.

She came back looking gorgeous—clean, fluffy, and happy. I am beyond grateful and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone with a sensitive or high-maintenance pup.

“What a great experience, I called them about some over the counter medicine for my cat mahogany for constipation. The person on the phone recommended some herbal remedies they sell there as they don't carry any medicine for that..When I got there it was easy to find as their merchandising is well thought out for customers to shop. As they had booth a powder and an oil version, the person at the counter told me that the dropper with the oil works the best as they used it on their kitty. (They said they were also very concerned about their kitty as it was also very scarry for them when their cat was experiencing tummy issues). It was reassuring that it was safe and easy to use, but they also reminded me that if my kitty rejects it, I can bring it back as Mud Bay has an awesome return policy. I'm very sorry I don't remember either petsons name, but obviously it's under awesome management. Thank you, booth! ?”

“There was a scheduling mix up and we didn’t end up getting the service we scheduled. The owner called us within minutes of leaving and offered not only to fulfill the service we had scheduled, but sent the mobile groomer to our house the same day. The mobile groomer was incredibly communicative and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our pet was cared for and sooooo clean. We even got a “report card” after the visit with helpful details. I’m very impressed with the customer service and dedication to making sure our pets are happy, clean and healthy.”

With all the being said, I got prompt help via text from a very friendly person who attempted a fix, and then simply helped me book over text.

The day of the grooming appointment, I got a heads up text with an ETA, and super friendly service. Koda was very very smelly (my fault for missing her last bath), but she looked and smelled great after her 2-hour appt! Which for her is a very fast spa day! Before and after photos are a nice touch!

“They were honestly really helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what to get my cat, I wanted to get them something healthy; but wasn't very knowledgeable about what is good and isn't. My last food I tried ended up causing crystals in my cats urine and he had to go on a prescribed diet to help. Now he can have normal cat food, but I wanted to get something for both him and my other cat that was better for them. They helped me find something that I think they'll love and was very patient with me when I wasn't sure and was confused etc and I just really appreciate it alot. I started to cry inside cause she was legit the most breathtakingly gorgeous woman I’ve ever seen in my 37 years of living and I was totally tongue tied. I know many sadly take and miss read stuff in a negative fashion. I just hope as a Christmas gift by some miracle this makes it back to her.
