“Paddywack in Mill Creek is such a reliable store! They have a great selection, but the real standout is the service and quality. My cats became obsessed with a specific treat that sold out everywhere, and Paddywack offered to call me when it came in and they actually got it ahead of schedule. I also love contributing to their free community library for treats and toys, plus the option to donate open dry food that gets inspected and sent to shelters. It’s thoughtful, sustainable, and the employees are consistently kind and helpful.”

He gave a treat to my dog and she was picky about it, so he traded to another treat that she loved. I thought it was very thoughtful of him. Great place! Rewards program works great as well. “Amalia is amazing! We went to pick up new dog and cat food to transition but we didn’t really know where to start or what was best for them. Amalia was so helpful and she had so much knowledge for both cats and dogs. She helped us find a new dog food brand we could trust with our Doberman puppy that wouldn’t break the bank. Taught us about the ingredients in the food as well which was super helpful. She also told us about a new program that lets us try out wet cat food so we can transition our cats and find out what they like and don’t like without breaking the bank and wasting food. “Stopped by today to pick up a treat for our new dog. Our senior dog passed away a year ago today, and this past year on his birthday we took in a senior stray “hospice care” pup. She’s the sweetest and doing so well! My 3 year old and I picked out a toy and a treat “from our previous dog” as a present for our new dog to say thank you for showing up at just the right time to take care of us. Everyone at the store was SO KIND! They walked us around to pick out the best toy and gave my daughter a sucker & a sticker at check out! They clearly cared so much about our dog and helping us find the right thing for her! Thank you!”

“This is a nice place to self wash your dog. The tubs were easy enough for my dog to get into, the water was nicely adjustable both for heat and the amount of spray. The air dryer made quick work of drying him. Nice to have clean towels available and the facilities very clean. It would be nice to have different types of soaps available, however. Next time I'll probably bring my own shampoo.”

“My first time using EarthWise was overall great! I would give the fifth star if the online booking experience was a little smoother. I seemed to have issues updating my dog’s profile. And then every time I was sure I was booking mobile, it asked me to choose a time for a “self wash”.
With all the being said, I got prompt help via text from a very friendly person who attempted a fix, and then simply helped me book over text.
The day of the grooming appointment, I got a heads up text with an ETA, and super friendly service. Koda was very very smelly (my fault for missing her last bath), but she looked and smelled great after her 2-hour appt! Which for her is a very fast spa day! Before and after photos are a nice touch!
I will definitely be using this service again!”

“had a super oddly specific request where one of my dogs is a much slower and weaker chewer than my other, but still wanted her to have as much fun as her brother. the staff gave 2 recommendations, and both dogs are so happy! Fae (the brown girl, light chewer) is eating the No Hide Dog Chew salmon recipe, and Toby (tan boy, heavy chewer) is eating a beef cheek roll!”
