“Wife's care had the tpms light on dash illuminated so took it in to have them check which wheel was out. They recommended the whole set be replaced and figured since car is like 15 years old those sensors were probably nearing end of life. Had them do all 4 since I didn't want to risk another failing and since I was already there might as well.
Additionally wanted them to check on an oil leak as I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from. They found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate. It's a good chunk of change to fix the leak so something to consider whether it's new vehicle time or repair existing vehicle. I want to repair and wife wants a van.
Anyways service was really friendly and will use them for future work.”

“Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Everybody there is really nice, very inviting. They even remembered my name, which I thought was really crazy. But I really appreciate that. When I first did my business here at one point I received something from the mail, I got a scratch card. I didn't win anything but I thought that was still pretty neat. I also like the complementary shuttle service, you'll have to be a local to be able to utilize the shuttle service. It's not a bus but it's somebody's personal vehicle, like an uber”

“My car lost power and the check engine light came on while I was driving on the freeway this morning. I went to auto zone to have them put a reader on it and get a DTC code. I was scared to drive my car too far not knowing what was wrong so I googled auto shops. I called this one and Chad was very helpful he told me to come in right away and he would squeeze me in. I was there for about 2 hours and they checked everything out that would cause this issue. They did not end up finding anything wrong but said because I had so much corrosion built up on my battery that probably caused it to lose connection. I am just so thankful they got me in right away and put me at ease so I felt comfortable driving my car again. I have never been here before but will definitely be going back. They were great and again thank you!”

Then, recently, mt battery died & the initial mechanic told me it was the alternator.
Turns out, it was just a loose cable. Paulsons fixed it with zero charge.

“After spending almost $3k at another shop for repairs, still had the same problem. They said I needed powertrain repaired and a new power steering unit for another $2000 plus tax. Got a recommendation to take it to Aaron's. After checking it out the powertrain and power steering unit were fine. The problem was actually a worn part within the engine itself. It cost $2300 total for Aaron's to fix it. Had I gone with the other guys they'd have charged me the 2K then when I still had the same problem they would have charged me who knows what to actually repair what really was wrong (if they ever figured it out!) Wish I'd taken it to Aaron's to begin with. Honest, experienced, reliable local business ! I would give them a 10 star rating A+++ service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
