“Got an alignment for a 2004 subaru forester done on a Sunday, nobody else was open or available for alignments on Sundays. I called and went right over, I got lucky on the time though for availability. Guy operating the counter was a friendly guy, and the crew were right to it. Was in and out in a bit under an hour. Lots of cool wheels and tire options to see on the floor as well, worth looking at while you wait.”

“Made my older Benz look new again!For the previous eight months my poor car sat under a cottonwood tree, all the while getting completely covered in sap and debris. I couldn't for the life of me get any of it to come off, but Advanced Auto Reconditioning got all of it off and made my paint look great! I didn't think my car could look this nice again. I never would have found them if not for Google, since they are hidden behind a dealership and not visible from the road.Do note that I swapped the front bumper and wheels the day before I dropped it off, but everything else was their handiwork.”

“I'd been delaying fixing my tire since I stopped by here over a week ago. I didn't stay that time, not for any reason really, when he told me they have to take the tire off, other than I didn't feel like it?.So I decided to call today and see if I could just drop it tonight and pick it up tomorrow and Jason said sure.As always was running late and by the time we got there they were gonna close in 4 minutes. As the young man was taking my info he asked if I'd like to about 20 minutes so they could fix it now.I was like, oh that's so sweet but I know you're about to close. Well, he rather insisted, so I agreed!(I'm sorry I didn't get your name).Left the key, ran across the street to get burgers and then sat with mom in her car til they were done.I wasn't timing them but I'm sure they were done in less than 20.I expressed my deepest gratitude and said, "you all are amazing" and that I'd write a raving review?.And it's true.They went above and beyond and were so sweet about it like it was just what they do.So, thanks guys so much! “We had a customer on their way to pick up their RV at our shop, and while doing our trip inspection for them, we found one of their inner dually tires shredded and off the rim. Les Schwab was very helpful on the phone and asked me to contact the Bothell location. They loaded the tires and were at our shop right after our customer arrived. I wish I caught the name of the service tech. He was very professional and fast. We both had happy customers.”

“I pulled in to get an air check on my tires and I informed JJ that I had bought in brand new tires with Les Schwab in the past few months, & One of them was leaking air. I was very polite, and his overall attitude was Poor. I understand we have bad days, I work in a very chaotic environment myself, and understand how things can get a little crazy, But his response to me having low air in one of my tires was that I probably ran something over and laughed, He was quiet for a second I think, waiting for a response, and then he goes, but we can get you checked out anyway. I was not demanding of anything, in fact, I said, if you guys have the time, Could you look at it, trying to be courteous of the other people that may have had appointments.The customer service experience at Les Schwab, provided by JJ was regrettably subpar. The interactions were marked by a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which falls below the expected standards of service. A focus on enhancing interpersonal skills and prioritizing customer satisfaction is crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience.”

“I took my car in for a slow leak in one of my tires, and asked them to check my brakes as well. They fixed my tire for free and told me my brakes were still okay. Along with that they called me letting me know I needed my sway bar and links changed out. And luckily they were able to fix it the same day! I had a clunky noise in my car for soooo long trying to figure it out what it was. And now it’s fixed and my car is silent! I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their help! Everyone I spoke to was very nice as well!”

“I have always had good experiences with Discount Tire and my experience over the weekend was no exception. I tried to go to a competitor that was closer to my house to get my low pressure tired assessed but they couldn't get me in. I called Discount Tire and they said to come on down. The employees got me in right away and the screw hole in my tire was fixed in less than an hour...at no cost! I have been a loyal customer for years and it will remain that way.
