I'm very glad I found them. “Great place. Great selection of tires , fast job, super friendly. They do a number of things other then tires. Price is great. Over all just check them out nxt time you need tires or break job. Just some real good , real honest work. They'll let you know if what you think needs to be fixed doesn't need to be fixed and what actually does they won't just fix things that don't need to be done. They're very very honest. Check these guys out I highly highly recommend them especially since there is honest as they are and not out to rip everybody off like most places today”

“Wife's care had the tpms light on dash illuminated so took it in to have them check which wheel was out. They recommended the whole set be replaced and figured since car is like 15 years old those sensors were probably nearing end of life. Had them do all 4 since I didn't want to risk another failing and since I was already there might as well.
Additionally wanted them to check on an oil leak as I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from. They found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate. It's a good chunk of change to fix the leak so something to consider whether it's new vehicle time or repair existing vehicle. I want to repair and wife wants a van.
Anyways service was really friendly and will use them for future work.”

Michael and his team did an excellent job changing my oil, transmission fluid, and they also completed the three-step service to flush out the buildup from my exhaust/muffler. “My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car. I've moved out of Marysville now but if I were still living in the area I would bring my vehicles to James whenever I needed something.”

My granddaughter ran over something and did some pretty significant damage to motor mounts etc. Since it was a newer VW, the damage was crazy labor intensive and even crazier expensive from the dealer - if they could get around to it. I am only giving 4 stars because when I had my oil changed there recently, the service tech. did NOT ask me what oil I prefer. I had been taking 5W-30 & he put in 5W-20 WITHOUT consulting me up front. I would have told him I PREFER 5W-30 instead. My car runs better with this oil! Now, I am going to have to wait another 5K miles to CHANGE my oil BACK to the 5W-30 oil. Communication is EVERYTHING. Besides this, thank you Katie for your AWESOME & FRIENDLY SERVICE!”

“Had puncture in one of my tires. Tire was fixed, tech took a quick look at my brakes while the tire was off, checked pressure in the other three tires. Paid $20 and was on my way in 16 minutes.”
“I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day.
Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.

“I had a nail stuck in my tire and after the job was done, the steering became wobbly. After the manager heard of the new issue, they called me immediately and offered to fix, no questions asked. They made me and my truck a priority. The manager, Paul, was very kind and attentive. He is the kind of person who makes a business successful!
