Michael and his team did an excellent job changing my oil, transmission fluid, and they also completed the three-step service to flush out the buildup from my exhaust/muffler. “I track a car, which means I go through tires like a wood chipper goes through branches. I need alignments, tweaks, adjustments, and whatever mystery suspension issue pops up next. Hankook Tires has handled all of it without blinking.
Sean, the new owner, is awesome. They’ve worked on the family fleet, removed screws, fixed alignment issues, recommended body shops, and kept everything straight — literally. His staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and somehow still smiles when I roll in needing “just one more set.”
They even put new tires on my sister‑in‑law’s kid‑hauling, vroom‑vroom‑less, totally‑silent, personality‑free Tesla and dialed in the alignment perfectly.

I am only giving 4 stars because when I had my oil changed there recently, the service tech. did NOT ask me what oil I prefer. I had been taking 5W-30 & he put in 5W-20 WITHOUT consulting me up front. I would have told him I PREFER 5W-30 instead. My car runs better with this oil! Now, I am going to have to wait another 5K miles to CHANGE my oil BACK to the 5W-30 oil. Communication is EVERYTHING. Besides this, thank you Katie for your AWESOME & FRIENDLY SERVICE!”

Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert.
What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter.
