“Fantastic customer service! I couldn’t recommend them more for my road bike servicing. Initially I had emailed them for tubes and they offered to set them aside for me (which was extremely pleasantly surprising and convenient). The day after I came back because I needed rim tape. They set me up with a more affordable option other than their upstairs option. That same day I exchanged new tires and tubes with them 2 times and they were generous enough to match the price for them both times. They offered extremely helpful information on which tires to go with. I upgraded the size of my tires from 25mm to 28mm and I couldn’t be more happy with my ride! They also installed the new tires as well. I will be a hopefully moderate frequent flyer with any of my bike needs.”
