“The Mufflerman has always had great service. They’ve help me plenty of times I’ve gone there and do their best to fit you on the schedule regardless how busy they are. I’ve gotten my exhaust customized to my test pipe when I was having problems. They also fixed my 02 censor connection. They will take you underneath your vehicle before/after they do any work and tell you any recommendations before they do any work so it’s up to your satisfaction. They’re great people and good pricing you won’t be disappointed.”

“Very easy to find but not a lot of parking spots. Excellent selection for a very small town. Extremely friendly and helpful people made my visit much less stressful than a big box store. If you are in the area and need anything hardware related, give them a call. You might be pleasantly surprised and save some fuel! I highly recommend this business!”

“I live 2 hours from the dealership, but from now on, I will be making the drive for their awesome service department. They just completed a substantial amount of work on my 2015 Ram. I have never worked with a service advisor as patient and kind, knowledgeable, whip smart, efficient,,,,(shall I continue?), as service manager Kelsi. I'm confident that her excellence runs through her department, since those qualities tend to trickle down through any business. I came there because of another employee, my best friend, Martin Ray, but I'll keep coming back because of a rare commodity I found there. Trust. Someone, please buy them all donuts for me!! Mark Hutchason”

“I recently had to get a tire plug because of debris that was on I5. I stopped in late afternoon without an appointment and asked them to take a look and see if it could be plugged. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn’t charge me, which was incredible in this day and age would definitely go here again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs service done on their vehicle.”

“June of 2024 i had the timing phasers etc done on my ecoboost f150. The phasers/tensioners went out again after less than 15000 miles. I failed to bring the truck back within the 2 year warranty by two months. Ford denied the warranty claim even though it was only 14k miles later. Awesome Ford could have done nothing and I would have had to pay for the whole repair again out of my own pocket. Customer service isn't about what you do when things go great. That's easy. Its about what you do when things go sideways. Awesome Ford came through and covered half the repair even though they had no obligation to do so. Thank you Martin, Joe and Awesome Ford.”
1095 Northwest State Avenue, Chehalis WA 98532
“I’m not one to leave reviews on stuff or anything but these guys have INTEGRITY!!! As a military man myself that is extremely important. I took my f150 to them thinking I needed a new starter because I could hear the starter touching the flywheel while cranking it up, they took my truck in and tightened up some lose bolts and I was good to go! Could have charged me for a new starter when I didn’t need one, I’ve seen it happen!”
15 NE Cascade Ave, Chehalis WA 98532
“I ordered some very small parts that I ended up not needing. I called them to cancel my order, even though it was already packaged, and they were very friendly and cancelled it for me. If I need parts in the future, I will come back and order from here.”

“The gentlemen here have great customer service and they go above and beyond for customers! They had my car and were sent the wrong piece. The factory ended up back ordered on the correct part. They not only accommodated me getting back in right away, they repaired the piece themselves vs. replacing it. I am so pleased with the results!! I really thought it was beyond repair. Magic.Services: Body & Trim”

“Rolled in here with a destroyed inner right rear tire and they put a new one on quickly and cheaply. They did not try to upsell me. Back in the road on a Thursday rush hour night in one hour”
1983 Bishop Rd, Chehalis WA 98532
“Very knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. I have used them for repairs as well as just for diagnosing. Even when choosing to do the repair myself, they have been extremely helpful. If you own a European car, it's essential to find somebody who understands them rather than a regular mechanic who isn't used to working on them. However, imagine the same care as put into non-Euro vehicles as well. If nothing else, you should stop by to check out their collection of cars.”
107 SW Kerron St, Winlock WA 98596
“These guys are absolute legends. They got me home after a breakdown 60 miles from home. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and I cannot thank them enough. God bless you for everything you do.”

“I have used this facility for a few years. They provide honest and fair invoices on work performed and are anticipatory with potential mechanical failures by providing bumper to bumper estimates on system problems. They are a business with integrity to do the right work, at the right price, and with intention of always working from their heart! Caution: Don’t expect duct tape and baling wire repairs, this just isn’t them!”
101-115 East St, Toledo WA 98591
“I came from out of state and my truck broke down over the weekend. Bad plugs and a coil were the culprit. He had me running Monday afternoon and I was off to get home 800 miles away with no issues. Great service and great price.”

“Barry’s Quality Machine Inc. Did a fantastic job rebuilding it was totally worth the trip from Seattle to Chehalis. They kept there schedule that they informed me of and anytime I had a question they never hesitated to answer they had even informed me I could stop by to see the progress anytime. I will be going back with other engines and informing others of there wonder work! Totally worth the drive and wait for a great machine shop.”
