“I am fairly new to the area having been to home depot several times. Today after dealing with a rude associate at home depots paint department my wife and I went to ace having driven by several times but not stopping. There were two employees at Ace who greeted us being very friendly, helped us quickly find exactly what we wanted while giving us more information about their store and inviting us to look around for a while and to feel free to ask anything. That is what customer service is. That location should be extremely proud of their staff. Having had little luck finding employment myself since moving out here, that is exactly the type of people I'd love to work with.”
“The inside is really clean. It's not over stuffed with product which gives it a more open feel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Prices are reasonable and product quality is great. Caters mostly to contractors and such but general public is welcome and accepted as well. Highly recommend.”
“We had new floors installed in our entire house. It was a 2 month wait, but once things got moving the company they contracted with (MDT) exceeded our expectations! They arrived on the date stated, and would communicate with us each day what the daily goals were. The men stayed each day until they met their goal. The crew was extremely respectful, honest and knowledgeable in their field. The prep work and installation was done masterfully and to perfection. Our job was not an easy one, as it's an old house with all of the old house quirks. They had to remove a bunch of challenging tile and ensure the floor was level. It was HARD work, and they did it all with smiles on their faces. The energy they brought to the work site each day was truly positive. They even finished a day early! My guard was up due to our other recent contractor experiences that were sub-par at best, but they quickly broke down my barriers, and I was truly sad to see these nice young men go. I would recommend this team of people to others without hesitation.”
