“Cool store (like going with the kids to check out the animals and fish, plus shop) but if you have a fragrance sensitivity don't try shopping here, at least during the holidays. Go online. I spoke with 3 employees and they say there is nothing they plug in or spray to put out the fragrance, but there is definitely something... obviously holiday themed. They said it was the roasted nuts, but that is not it. It is like the scented candles, so if you can't do those then don't go in. It was there last year just in one area but this year it was the entire store, though stronger in some spots. I am curious to see if it's gone during the Summer.”

“I know I always complain about the prices whether it's food lumber equipment most of things I shop for but then again I'm 61 years old and it's hard to understand how inflation has resin so fast and doesn't seem to stop I have a $50 card I got from family to shop there $50 doesn't get you much these days but they do have quality stuff thanks again (Gilbert)”

“Always exceptional service and team working! Has large variety of adult hats, adult and children's jerseys, sweatshirts; College, NFL, MBL, some hockey too. Also has things like lanyards, toothbrushes, miniature helmets, scarf and hats, some gloves, cups, mugs, even sports logo sippy cups for toddlers. Usually never a wait in all the times I've been here. Located upstairs located closer to the foodcourt so if you're in a wheelchair or handicapped I'm going to suggest using the main upstairs entrance near foodcourt rather than other entrances so you don't have to go to the middle of the malls to take the elevator to get upstairs.”

“We've been a fan of alien gear holsters for years, so when we happened to drive by the store, we had to swing in! Glad we did. The folks in there were super nice, very knowledgeable, and customer service was top notch- since this is also the actual factory, everything was on site, and they were able to put custom stuff together for us in a jiffy. We also scored a couple great in store clearance deals! Liked the company before, like them even more now ?Go Alien Gear for all your holster needs!”

“Came in to get some new shoes for my brother, they were very helpful and not upset with how many selections we asked to see(my brother has a very particular style) we asked for some opinions we got them in very pleasant and even humorous responses, everyone in there was so nice! My brother and I are fairly outgoing and so was the staff. Not afraid of conversation, which was honestly refreshing. We came back again to thank them and they hooked us up with a slice of pizza! Shoes and a meat lovers slice, what more could you ask for ?”

They offered a full warranty refund (website credit) with field destroy. Couldn’t have been easier.Standing behind your gear like this with no hassling is awesome. “The staff here is excellent!My family and I came in yesterday to get a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter. She has a wider foot and is very particular about how her shoes feel and had just tried on a couple pairs at another store and it's safe to say she was over it.Upon entry, we were IMMEDIATELY greated by staff and asked if we needed help with anything. I told them we were looking for basketball shoes for our daughter and were shown a couple options for size 3 and tried a pair on. Then decided to move to a size 4. Two staff members went and looked at the size 4 options and discussed amongst themselves what they felt would be the best option for my daughter before recommending the MB1 Jr's. Her mood immediately changed when she tried them on, so we bought them. She ran during her ENTIRE game yesterday and didn't complain ONCE! Thank you so much to this amazing staff for being patient, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable, helpful, and making my daughter comfortable on the court. Y'all are rockstars!”
