“We had forgotten about this place, but wandered in a couple of times since August. Thee staff is friendly & helpful, even run to open the door for my wheelchair. We have found a tent & a good air mattress. A family was so impressed with it, we grabbed him one for his birthday!”

“Joshua and his team do an impeccable job from start to finish. We browsed the shop a bit while we waiting our turn (it was BUSY), but we didn't have to wait long. Joshua, the owner, walked us through the whole process with kindness and clarity. Our daughter was able to try on a variety of jacket styles for fit. He then showed us all the design and patch options, built the pricing out in front of us so we knew what we were getting into, and was clear about the next steps and timing.
We received our daughter's jacket timely and they did beautiful work. Highly recommend! I would never try building a jacket online, definitely come here instead! It's worth leaving the house for a few minutes.”

“Always exceptional service and team working! Has large variety of adult hats, adult and children's jerseys, sweatshirts; College, NFL, MBL, some hockey too. Also has things like lanyards, toothbrushes, miniature helmets, scarf and hats, some gloves, cups, mugs, even sports logo sippy cups for toddlers. Usually never a wait in all the times I've been here. Located upstairs located closer to the foodcourt so if you're in a wheelchair or handicapped I'm going to suggest using the main upstairs entrance near foodcourt rather than other entrances so you don't have to go to the middle of the malls to take the elevator to get upstairs.”
“Once again i find myself back to school shopping with my son and daughter and spending rigorous amounts of money on okay clothes. A simple formula. As for the customer service, it’s just fine. People very much need to stop being so childish on these reviews. “Oh no! Children doing what they usually do!? My days this place sucks!!”Can’t really expect a whole lot from a bunch of HIGHSCHOOL KIDS. My daughter asks for a fitting room, GUESS WHAT! She gets one and that’s all that matters. “We lost our house to the Old Trails fire here in Spokane. My wife wanted to go to Fleet Feet to get a reliable pair of shoes, because if she was going to buy a new pair of shoes, she wanted them to last. When we arrived, we were greeted by Chris who was just so warm and joyful. We explained why we were there and she told us they would be taking care of us and would give us a pair of shoes and Balega socks. She was wearing a Bloomsday shirt, which made my wife cry because she had done Bloomsday for the first time this year and she missed her shirt. Chris offered her husband's shirt that he planned on donating to my wife. We both left with a pair of Hokas that fit perfectly and 6 pairs of socks that we love. Thank you so much to Fleet Feet for supporting the community and those of us affected by the fires here in Spokane. We will be Fleet Feet customers for life!”
