He even wrote up a VIN specific vehicle estimate for me to give to the insurance company which made them raise the value of my vehicle over $2600. He didn’t have to, but he made time to be honest and helpful and it’s greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call for a vehicle. “Authur wiedemann was a pleasant. Worked a hard to get me the deal! Was awesome the whole deal through. I have now had my car a year and my promised oil changed are never done. They did the first one and wanted to do a bunch of repairs. When I said no they have returned any of the 8 messages I have left about oil changes. Also I did the referral and my son bought a new truck in CDA. I was told my referral bonus of 300 would be mailed out in a few weeks twice. Still have not received it!”

“We recently purchased a pre-owned car from Arrottas Mitsubishi, and It was the best car-buying experience we've had. Everyone we had contact with was immediately very likeable - Dominic Arrotta greeted us and took us for the test drive, Shawn Morgan took us through the buying process and Issac Arrotta was the Finance Manager - they were all courteous and friendly and we knew we'd be well taken care of. We felt our trade in was fair as was the final price for our 'new' car. We felt confident they would work with us if our mechanic found any problems and we really liked buying from a local family franchise. Because it was late on a Saturday, we went back the following day to complete the paperwork, and this took a bit longer than we expected, but it wasn't a big enough negative to take away a star. We definitely recommend Arrottas Mitsubishi.”
