“I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this situation deserved one. I’m a 22 year old female and had never bought a car on my own before. This was my first car purchase. I chose a 2020 Ford Escape, and unfortunately within a week it started having transmission issues. Understandably, I was very panicked.
