“Visited them to check my brakes. They said my fronts were at 0% and backs at 10%. They gave me a quote of almost 2k to have pads/ rotors replaced, line flush. I took it to get a second opinion and my fronts were at 50% and backs about 70%. If I went with these guys it would have cost me 2k on a service I didn't need.
FOLLOW UP- Paul from Budget contacted me and explained there had been some miscommunication and it was the uneven wear of the pads and the rotors were slightly pitted and I was to be aware. His shop was also very busy that day.... In the end he was very professional and offered me a couple services free for a future visit.”
“I felt well-treated by the company. I submitted an online message and received a call soon after the business opened on its next business day. The establishment appears professionally run, and the reception and waiting areas are inviting.
The service I had done, I believe, was a little more expensive than a dealership shop would have charged. (I assume independent shops have lower labor charges.) But I appreciated the time and effort expended on explaining to me what the vehicle inspection revealed, so I think that was a plus.
I mentioned what I feared was an issue with the vehicle, and I was happy that they could find nothing wrong (instead of trying to upsell me on something). What’s more, they fielded questions from me about the issue and whether it was a common problem on makes/models such as mine. Their answer put my mind at ease.”

“10 star rating!!! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, customer service and friendliness of the staff at Paramount Auto Body. My vehicle had very awkward damage done to it, that other auto body shops couldn't seem to figure out how to repair. Paramount was not only able to fix it, but fix it in the least intrusive manner, and had it back to looking better than new. The quality of the repair and paint is impeccable. I should mention that I am a very very picky person, and very hard to satisfy - I don't believe in "good enough". Over the years I have had repairs done to various vehicles, and I have never been satisfied with the repair; as I could always see the repair and the paint job - until now. I am beyond satisfied. If I ever need another vehicle repaired, I now at least have the peace of mind to know where I am going to be taking it, and not having to worry about the repair. If you love your vehicle , and need auto body work done, I highly recommend the team at Paramount Auto body in Abbotsford. Hands down the best I have encountered. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss and I did not have Maple Leaf do any work, but I definitely would choose them again if the need arises. Vince was helpful at every step, from the initial tow, to the inspection, to the eventual release of the vehicle to insurance. He also gave me helpful advice in dealing with insurance. Maple Leaf’s communication and helpfulness is top notch.”

“Bought a car from an elderly lady that that had receipts for regular maintenance from Bob's. His prices were a quite a bit less than that Lube place, and I could tell he did a good job, so I kept him in mind as I was looking for a new mechanic. When BCAA came to give me a jump, he asked in conversation who my mechanic was and I mentioned I would be going to Bob's. He indicated that he thought he was a good mechanic. Bob's is busy, but I thought worth the wait and he did accommodate me.”
