The service I had done, I believe, was a little more expensive than a dealership shop would have charged. (I assume independent shops have lower labor charges.) But I appreciated the time and effort expended on explaining to me what the vehicle inspection revealed, so I think that was a plus.
I mentioned what I feared was an issue with the vehicle, and I was happy that they could find nothing wrong (instead of trying to upsell me on something). What’s more, they fielded questions from me about the issue and whether it was a common problem on makes/models such as mine. Their answer put my mind at ease.”

When BCAA came to give me a jump, he asked in conversation who my mechanic was and I mentioned I would be going to Bob's. He indicated that he thought he was a good mechanic. Bob's is busy, but I thought worth the wait and he did accommodate me.”

“I did some DIY work on my Jeep and created a bigger issue than what I started with. Rodriguez Auto was patient while I explained my situation, they listened to the 2 options another shop had recommended and gave me their opinion (all over the phone). They were more than willing to do the cheaper labor intensive job (cylinder head swap) than the easy expensive job (full engine replacement). They kept in contact during the whole process and stayed within $100 of their original over the phone quote when all was said and done.
I am beyond satisfied with the work they performed.”
