He listened to my history and symptoms and asked insightful questions. He addressed my concerns with a specific plan/timing for testing to gather more information. “As a first time patient here my experience was great. There was a wait to be seen for an urgent care visit but nothing compared to Kaiser or other facilities; I had no expectation to be urgently as I was overly stable and I walked in to be seen.The reception and rooming staff were engaging and professional. I was informed and kept up to date.
I had a thorough exam and felt involved in making care decisions. I can say that I left receiving the most knowledge regarding my issue than I have at any other routine or urgent care visit previously. Care didn’t feel textbook, you can tell the staff and provider believe in and are proud in the work they’re doing. Good care can be taxing but at the end of the day we are all patients at one point.
I love our North Bend community and I am glad we have this medical office apart of it, a true gem in my eyes. For future urgent needs I will be returning”
