Clerck surprised me telling me to keep pumping. Nice store nice people nice town.”
“This is for the shop at the TA in North Bend. I heard an air leak after delivering to the cruise ship terminal in Seattle. I rolled into the TA shop Monday but their technicians were all out on road calls. So, I made an appointment for Tuesday morning. They called me before 0700 and told me to come into Bay 1.
Fineos was assigned as my technician. Within a short time, they had the issue diagnosed, being a leak in the air dryer. They gave me an estimate for parts, and had the part ordered and it took some time to get the part in from Federal Way. Fineos kept me updated the whole time as to the progress. They had some issues with the fittings and ended up having to order some new fittings and they wouldn't be in until Wednesday morning. Once again they called me before 0700 and had me come into bay 2. In no time, Fineos had the new fittings put in and had me on my way.
First of all, Fineos was AMAZING! He was informative, polite, funny and seemed like an all around good guy. Thank you!
Also, the entire shop seemed to have a great relationship with one another which makes it easier for the customer. Kuddos TA North Bend for making this seamless and having a great staff!
