“Read reviews on here and I have to say on my behalf being exmililtary being poked at for years doctorsare not my priority but this office is down the earth treat me well got me on track. I guess my only issue at first was having to leave a message when calling but over time I realized they ALWAYS call me back and give me there undivided attention so yah I'm over it for example my insurance company really messed up my much needed prescriptions and the Dr office called me back immediately and my prescriptions where sent and filled in 30 min even though it was 4:30 and Dr office closes at 5....... so ya I'm all in.THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU DO MUCH APPRECIATED ?”

“First time walk-in ar this clinic. Everyone was courteous and efficient. In and out in about an hour. Provider was knowledgeable and quick while still giving me undivided attention. Everyone in waiting area seemed calm and pleasant as well (nobody was irate over service). Highly recommend. I will return anytime i need urgent care..”

I have depended on Whidbey Primary Care Oak Harbor for the past 10 years -- They have been immediately responsive to my care needs by either by phone calls or leaving a message - to my Dr. - on my health portal. They have offered several care alternatives if I cannot be seen immediately.Any tests, referrals for additional services were executed the same day and within 48 hours someone reached out for scheduling. There has not been a problem in continuity in over 8 years with RX prescriptions or refills.Every person I interacted with in the office was more than polite and informative.
