North Island Medical appears to be a mixed bag when it comes to patient experiences. While the practice boasts a comfortable waiting area, some reviews suggest a decline in the quality of care and customer service over the past several years. According to the reviews, the office staff can be reluctant to answer inquiries, and there have been instances of nurses rudely hanging up on patients. Additionally, the practice's patient portal has been problematic, with some patients reporting that their medical records were lost or inaccessible for years. However, the reviews also highlight positive aspects of the practice. The phlebotomist is described as professional, kind, and gentle, and one patient praised the primary doctor, Dr. Cook, for their attentiveness and ability to diagnose difficult issues. Another patient, who is a former military member, expressed satisfaction with the overall care they received, noting that the staff always call back and provide undivided attention. Overall, North Island Medical seems to be a mixed bag, with room for improvement in the areas of customer service, communication, and the management of patient records. The practice would benefit from addressing these concerns to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all its patients.
The Nurses and Doctors are ok but the front office staff is rude and not very attentive to someone standing at the window.

Just moved back to WI and had switched care to North Island Medical. My spouse and I had our new patient appts with a Dr Fisher. Dr Fisher was so kind, thurough, truly cared about our health. The staff was friendly, so far so good in my opinion.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Avis in the reception area is always cheerful, helpful and kind. It might take a little while to get an appointment but that seems to be the case everywhere with most services in town.
