It is described as an all-around great place to buy feed, supplies, and anything found at a local feed store, and so much more. Many customers prefer it to other stores for pet supplies, and it has a great return policy. The store receives high praise for service that goes above and beyond the call of duty. This includes staff helping a customer in a personal emergency by providing assistance and flexible solutions, even on typically non-returnable sale items. In another instance, the team went above and beyond to assemble a grill on short notice. The service is consistently called impressive. For truck drivers, it is noted that the store is not really made for large trucks, with some driving over curbs expected; a recommendation is to enter from the left side of the building or from behind and then back into the ramp.
Great price for bird food. Good help from associates. Unfortunately more than a few times the web site for this Oak Harbor store reads that items are present in store while they are not. Have had an associate say to check back the following week only to find items not ordered, so again not on shelf.
