“I went in for tomato stakes and walked right by them, going inside to ask if they had any. The gal at the register walked me back out the door to show me where they were. When I couldn't pull them apart, I went back inside for help. she immediately called someone. Two employees came out to help, and it did take both of them! When I made my choice and paid one of them carried them to my car. Very happy with the service I received.”

“Great personal service that helped me find what I wanted. And prices that are really outstanding for the quality you get. I wouldn't have said the 15 years ago, but this is top notch quality at a great price.”

“Incredible customer service! Every single employee we interacted with was friendly and literally went out of their way to be helpful. They seem to truly love their jobs and love serving the public! Sadly, this is a lost concept with so many businesses today. We used the pet washing station for the first time today, and we were very pleased with the set-up, supplies for washing and drying, and the pricing. There were also many other products worth exploring, including toys, gardening supplies, clothing, household decor, and some food. GREAT store all-around!”

“I went to this location to purchase a barbecue, and the customer service I received was PHENOMENAL. It was very difficult to load into my car, and Gabriel, Dominic, and John went above and beyond to help me get it loaded. They noticed a wasp nest in my car, and the manager (I think their name was Tess) also went above and beyond to help me buy wasp spray. Tess then helped me and my special needs son back to the car and taught us how to use the wasp spray. I cannot say enough about the level of service I received at this Home Depot. I was blown away by their support. Thank you, Home Depot team!”

“I just got the BEST service from one of your staff. I forgot to get his name, but he's about 45-50 years old, salt and pepper hair at the Oak Harbor Store. He saw I had mobility issues and walked the store with me to assist, then he took me to the nearest register to my car and afterwards walked me out to the car with my purchases. Very helpful, very personable. Such a joy. He's a credit to your store.”

“Shout out to Deangelo from the Oak Harbor location! I needed help with my return and he was able to look up an item when I didn’t have a receipt, and properly gave me a return with out it. Thank you Deangelo for helping me find my item! I was so stressed about returning my item even though I lost it, so thank you!”
