My disabled husband went to purchase a new toilet. At checkout, he asked the cashier to call for help. She stated she had already called and someone would be right out to help him. No one ever came to help. This is usual practice for this store.

Customer service is practically non existent. There are a few good people if you are lucky enough to find one but the majority of the staff do not even seem qualified to do their job!!!

I had always had good help when I need it, sometimes in the painting section they good be rude. I'm a nice person have no reason to be disrespectful I know what it is to work customers service done it for 10 year. But that's the reason 4 starts but good store
