After banking with WIB for 45 years I finally moved to a different bank. When Heritage took over, the hometown bank vibe left. And so did I.

Excellent customer service. When our account got hacked they were amazing in helping us through it. We have banked with them for about 20 years and will not switch. I love that you can contact a real person and not play the phone game.
