“I needed to update my expired cards, so I came to the Oak Harbor branch on Hwy 20. I was greeted by a professional, kind young man named, Chris. He directed me to a sweet young lady named, Ashley. She happily assisted me by replacing my expired debit card and let me know that the other card will come in the mail. It was quick, but not rushed service. As I was leaving, another person bid me goodbye that didn't help me that day. I always enjoyed the professional and kindness of the Navy Federal employees. Thanks for above and beyond service! 😊”

“Closed the branch in Coupeville so have to drive into Oak Harbor (approx 20 miles). Drive through services are as fast as they can be depending how many people are in line. They say you can call and make an appt to see a banker, but no one answers the phone... hopefully they will hire someone to deal with phones soon.”
