WorldMark Surfside Inn is a resort close to the beach and golf, with great beach access a few blocks away. The location is in a tiny, quiet town removed from other areas, which some find a bit out of the way and not near restaurants, stores, or entertainment. Others find its quiet area a selling point, close enough to Long Beach but peaceful. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and offer great ocean views. They are large enough for family, featuring a galley kitchen, fireplace, and a deck. Some furniture was noted as dirty and floors squeaked, but bathrooms and kitchens are clean and well-equipped. The staff is very friendly, extremely helpful, and provides great service. The resort has an indoor pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool described as terrific. A golf course is just outside, and nearby activities include beach hunting, boating, clamming, fishing, and horseback riding. While some would not return due to the isolated location, many guests love the place, enjoy their stay, and plan to continue returning.
