Had an 8 AM appointment and I was a little late myself arriving at 8:05. I arrived to find the building cold and dark with other customers who had 8 AM appointments that could not get in. I have had nothing but horrible experience with this Avis franchise and corporate needs to shut this place down. The neck tattooed and blue hair employees clearly don't care about what I had to do today neither does the management. I also had a flat tire on my previous reservation and it appeared they couldn't care less to get me into a new car. They wanted me to drive around in the wet Washington weather on a donut spare tire instead of finding me a new car. Avoid this Avis spot at all costs! Note: Someone finally arrived at 820 to open the business.

The staff is very efficient and helpful. They got me into a nice, clean, comfortable car the next day. And were great when I needed to extend a day. I will definitely go to them again the next time I need to rent a car.

Amazing!!! We rented a car in Boynton Beach, FL with the intent of returning to same location. Plans changed and we returned it to this location in Olympia, WA. They were professional, courteous, and made the drop-off easier than I could’ve imagined. Rockstars!!! I would definitely do business here again.

I rented a car from Avis through Expedia. It was not until I looked up the address on Google that I saw all the negative reviews. I was very apprehensive about getting the rental from this location after reading through the reviews, but after the great experience I had, I felt I should write a review.When I arrived to pick up my rental on 6/14/23, Gabriel was friendly and professional. There was another customer there at the same time and Gabriel did a great job taking care of us both. I was even confused about an aspect of my rental--which was a stupid mistake on my part--and Gabriel was patient with me and satisfactorily explained the situation.Gabriel also took the time to give the rental a once-more-over with the vacuum before pulling it around for me. The rental was clean and well-maintained.When I returned the vehicle on 6/20/23, there were two gentlemen working the counter. I unfortunately did not get either of their names, but they both greeted me and one of them promptly assisted me with the return. Again, everyone was pleasant and professional.On top of the positive customer service I received, I also received my deposit refund soon after returning the rental.I obviously cannot speak to what transpired with the other reviewers here that prompted the negative reviews, but my experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend and rent from this location again.Thank you.

I've rented cars across the US from many different companies and locations, this is by far the least customer centric experience I've had to date. Poor service with an attitude sums it up the best.I asked what's the point of a reservation that was confirmed if they are sold out if the class of vehicle I reserved. Too many excuses and not enough customer consideration. I needed a full size vehicle due to my family and the two car seats I had to transport.Shame someone from corporate doesn't do quality assurance to the ensure the Avis customer service is met.Convenient location, poor service and attitude from staff.

There is a reason this place has a lot of reviews and only 3 stars.Terrible customer service. Walked a mile to get here just to be greeted rudely. The guy helping me was rude, aggressive and seemed annoyed. Barely made eye contact and when he did it felt like he was trying to stare me down.Finally I just left, I'm not spending my money somewhere that treats customer this way.

I rent a lot of rental cars throughout the year and I wish so badly that this location was better. Bad experiences with Avis are pretty rare for me and I want to support the company in general, but this location has been hard for me to get behind. The interior of the cars is always filthy (grimey, sticky, covered in pet hair, urine smell, trash...) and I just got charged an extra day after I returned the vehicle 12 hours early. They are always nice though. If this is a concern, I would call ahead and ask that the car is at least cleared of trash and that it's not covered in animal hair and urine (I am pretty allergic to animal hair and trash being cleaned up seems like a fair ask). Hopefully, things improve. I really like Avis.

Unbelievably scary and threatening experience here. If you are a woman in need of a rental car I strongly suggest you do not make a reservation here. I have been an Avis Preferred customer for 17 years and I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was at this location.

Whoever is working their front desk is very rude. I rented a 4 runner, not by choice I chose a small suv and I returned the vehicle on a full tank of gas. I filled it for $51 from half a tank at Costco, drove to drop the vehicle off, and the guy at the front desk didn’t mention he was charging $28 because the tank was not full!! It is literally touching the full line! I can not help that the drive from the gas station to the facility took 1/2 a gallon, it would of taken literally 5$ to put it back to the full line. I was unaware I had to bring a gas can with me to make it was fully past the full mark. That is insane!!! I asked for the managers phone number and he told me he would not give me the managers number infront of other customers and only would let me have the 1800 number. He also told me he does not know when his manager would arrive. Very unprofessional. I had until 9 am to rerun the car it was only 8am, and if he was going to be so critical on which side the tick mark fell on the full mark then he should of said “hey do you want to put 5$ in or me to charge you 28$” but I wasn’t even given that option. Do not rent from this location.

This was one of the coolest fastest places I've ever been I needed a car to drive back to my yard because my semi truck broke down and they were very quick and easy to get a rental from very nice they didn't mind that I had a puppy and I was in and out I ubered over to the airport walked in checked in within 10 minutes I had keys to the car and was on my way to go get another semi to power my load I really appreciate you guys and the guy that help me super nice thanks
