Another customer was grateful when a lost item was found and returned to them after they had returned the vehicle. The Lacey office was praised for its convenient location near the customer's hotel, and the staff member Tyler went above and beyond to address the customer's concerns, ensuring they could enjoy their road trip through the National Parks. A particularly noteworthy experience was with the staff member Brandon, who went to great lengths to find a suitable replacement vehicle for a customer when the original rental did not meet their needs. Brandon answered the phone promptly, followed up multiple times, and ensured the replacement vehicle was ready for the customer in a timely manner, despite the challenges of a smaller office location. While traveling, I used Avis to rent a car. When I arrived at the Lacey location, I was greeted by Tyler. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. If you are going to be traveling in this area, I highly recommend going through this Avis location. Ask for Tyler!
