“I stopped by here on recommendation of Honda of Oly, who said they didn’t do anything related to water leakage. The guy at Hoeys helped clean out the drainage pipe of my sunroof and didn’t charge me a thing! He showed me too what to look for next time, and who doesn’t love to be educated about their cars’ ins and outs? Thanks again! If I ever have any issues again, I’ll be back.”

“This shop was very fair to me. I had a little thing to take care of, Dennis gave me an option for fixing it myself. I ended up going with the shop doing the work, and the price paid was what the price quoted, which was reasonable. Dennis also explained the pricing for getting body work/a paint job. I appreciate the time he took even when he knew there was no way I could go that route. If I ever play the lottery and win, I will go here because of Dennis's helpful and friendly interaction.UPDATE - 05/04/2023 7:30AMI did a quick consultation with Tracy about a minor issue I had with a door not seating properly when closed. Tracy was very helpful and told me exactly how to address the issue myself. I would have spent the money if I had needed to, but Tracy kindly took the time to check the issue out and show me the fix. “I purchased a brand new car and was devastated after returning from dinner to find my door was ding by the car parked next to mine!! I called Excalibur Collision and Kalya was very helpful and told me to come in and have them take a look at it. I drove over and was greeted by a very nice gal - Carissa. She assessed the ding and then had me wait inside while she worked some magic. Carissa came back in and told me not to worry it’s was just a surface ding and she removed the black mark as well!! She said have a better day and tell all my friends in need where to come if they find themselves in need of a reputable collision place!! So I am telling everyone!!?♀️go see Carissa and Kalya at Olympia Excalibur Collision . They are the best ?”

From small parts, to High Tech, this place has it and they are extremely knowledgeable about their job, I believe that there's a 64 maybe 65 Chevy Nova in the Showroom black on black, what a gorgeous car. “Had my sunroof glass replaced on my '18 F-150. Fairly quick to schedule me in and the work was done promptly. I picked my truck up and the sunroof had a whistling sound the whole way home. They were able to fit me in the very next day to get it fixed (turned out to be a minor alignment issue) so I'm happy about that. Would have rather had it done right the first time (hence the 4 stars) but otherwise solid service.”

“After realising that a windscreen is called a windsheild in America I was able to express what I needed - a replacement. Subaru's (pronounced Soobooroo, not Soobawroo have a nifty feature called eyesite which needs recalibrating when a windscreen/sheild is replaced. The crew knew exactly what to do. I arrived at 8 and my vehicle was ready in about 2 hours. A pleasant group of people who are effecient and clearly care about quality. Thanks all.”

“WONDERFUL and honest. ….easy to schedule, friendly front office staff. My vehicle was finished when they said it would be. Looks like new and you can’t tell where the work was done.When I got home. Who ever vacuumed the inside , found my wife’s missing 1/2 ct diamond earring on a platinum post. Placed it in the empty coin bin.That doesn’t happen these days.Thank you for finding and returning it.”
