“It can be difficult in South Sound to find a competent, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced mechanic or shop to work on an Audi. I was referred to Olympic by another shop I trust. They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates.
I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.”

“So far I only got an inspection and quote for getting up to date with necessary maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. They were professional and clear about what needs attention for safety compared to other things they recommend, and they did not recommend that I get $750 work done that a national chain had suggested I desperately needed. I knew I needed tires and was very relieved when they offered 4 mid-level all-season Toyo tires with a good warranty for the same amount as the cheapest quote I got from the national chain for just 3 tires that were not as good. Im scheduled to get all of the work they recommended done this week and I will be sure to update this review if needed.”

“These people were very kind and helped me through a horrible experience after getting almost scammed at a previous mechanic. The mechanic here at Midas helped me apply for a credit card so I can pay, and when they found out tons of problems they sent me photos and explained everything that happened at the last place I went to. Anyways long story short, they didn't charge me the full labor to put in a part as well as only charged me with half of another part. Pretty much these guys were incredibly kind and I will be only coming here from now on. I have never had such a great experience at a mechanic before”

I actually had a dealership gloss over the issue a month ago as well, they ran a routine oil change & supposedly inspected everything else. I don’t know if they routinely check bearings or not but they completely missed that I had a rattling & failing wheel bearing 🤦🏻♀ so I spent another month guessing that the noise I was hearing had something to do with the tires, not knowing that the issue was much more serious than that.
Jay took my concerns seriously, test drove my car & immediately noticed the problem & fixed it same-day, and the price he quoted me was fair as well. And he showed me the part which also reflects the honest nature of this place. Can’t reccomend A1 enough 😊”

Trade in offers, send pics and details. And get a price. Just like selling to carvana. But no lo balling. You. A real fair trade in value.
They had the usual options. Financing warranty’s. But nobody pushed it on me. I’ve been in car business 30 years. A great dealership. Can always get you approved with the best rate. Because they have access to all the lenders. And warranty’s. The average person should buy an extended piece of mind. I didn’t because I only keep my car until the factory warranty runs out. But imagine having to pay $150 hr. For repairs. And most warranty’s are transferable. Some if you don’t use it. Get a prorated refund.
These guys also gave me some bonus. Ford warranty. On a Mazda. Certified ford program.
150 point inspection.
Full tank of gas.
And 14 day refund if I don’t like the car.
Seriously. And some bonus ford points. For my ford app.
They seriously had like 700 vehicles to choose from.
I give them 5 stars. I would give them 6
If they would have thrown in a spare key. Weather tech floor mats. And phone holder.

“Jazoku garage is my go too for all my repairs or modifications on my toyota celsior. Jazoku is a shop you can comfortably bring your car too knowing its being taken care of by mechanics who actually care about cars and their clients. I have recommended Jazoku to all my friends to have them do work/ maintenance on their cars. I have personally taken my car a handful times now for multiple upgrades and maintenance...suspension work, custom exhaust, timing belt, and full break upgrade.”
“We brought in an inherited Corvair. It proved to have many custom parts which made it difficult to diagnose and repair. The car was kept in his shop for months while he tried to get to the bottom of the issues. He lost a lot of potential money by not being able to bring other vehicles to work on. We eventually insisted he not spend any more time on it and that we would track down replacement parts ourselves. He would not take a cent for all his trouble and when we tried to pay for the tow when it finally came home he would not allow it. This guy has a great reputation in town, which is why we chose him. This was the only vehicle in his career which he wasn't able to diagnose, but that's due to it's highly customized nature. I have no doubt he would have eventually found the problem, but we're not going to let the guy go broke doing so. He's a stand-up guy and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my other vehicles in for him to repair.”
