The customer service was very cheerful upon greeting me in the office, they were very informative and they kept me updated throughout the process once I dropped my vehicle off. I had some body damage that needed to be repaired and they had to color match my paint which they did a wonderful job on and the whole experience was a 10!!! They even let Safelite come and do my windshield repair at their location so that they could go the extra mile and clean up after all the work was done, even the work that they let Safelite do there. Kyleigh said that she had the crew give a little extra attention to my interior and I was so excited to see the excellent attention to detail, I can’t remember the last time my car looked this great! She looks great ❤ They we’re very accommodating to the after hours drop off as well as the after hour pick up that we did. To top it all off, they were able to get started earlier than they planned and finish my car sooner than they quoted. I appreciate you all so much, from the folks behind the counter, who answer the phones, to the technicians doing the intricate repairs, to the cleanup crew, who clearly takes pride in their work, treating my baby like their own. “Here is another transmission story. Bought a 2018 Chevy Express, provenance unknown. Failed to take it to Interstate for a check before buying, my error. After driving for a while, symptoms of u-joint or carrier bearing problem became apparent. Took it in, they looked and verified there was transmission trouble, told me they'd do a 'master flush' and suggested the torque converter be replaced. I agreed, they did the flush and examination, suggested we not replace the converter, a saving of significant money, as the transmission tested good and performed correctly. It's been in the fleet for a couple thousand miles working perfectly at this point. That is well appreciated.”

“A diamond in the rough! When I lived in Olympia I was down the street at Hawk's Prairie Auto getting some exhaust work done, and if I remember correctly I literally stumbled upon Prestige as I was walking around down the street waiting for my car to get done. Turns out Prestige has an awesome selection of Chevy and Ford stuff. The people were pretty friendly. They have a pretty impressively packed full showroom too, much more in stock than you would think. You can see outside as well that they have a ton of canopies, if you need a canopy this is the place to go. So I bought a set of Force nerf bars from them, Force is the cheap line of Westin, and they told me that there was a lifetime warranty on the product. Well a few months ago the fasteners that hold the step pads into the nerf bars came lose and fell off somewhere, so I've had this step that has been screwed up for several months. I finally got the chance to take it up to their shop, I knew they wouldn't put new pads on because they weren't actually broken, but they did locate some fasteners that hold the steps in, and fixed the steps for me, he even sent me home with the last fastener he had in stock in case another pad comes lose (I live in Portland now). Not bad though, I bought the nerf bars in 2005, so 7 years until I've had any issue is pretty solid. While I was there I noticed they sell PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blades (The best wiper blades on the planet) and the little wipes to re-treat your windshield. I've had a pair on my car for 4 and a half years and they are just now starting to streak a little, although they still work just fine, its time for a new set. These blades are a kind of hard to find. But the bottom line here is that Prestige is a great little place, friendly staff, with good prices as well, my nerf bars were cheap, and have been good to me. They will find anything you are looking for as well, an old school parts store mentality!”

Bobcat of Olympia got me scheduled the very next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the machine fully repaired within four hours of drop-off. That kind of turnaround is huge when you’re running equipment for work.
