“My father in law rented a car here a few months ago after a bad encounter with Budget and had a really great experience, so when my wife and I planned our mini vacation last week there was no question who we were going to go with for renting a car. We have a car but traveling with 2 kids in a cramped car is not a good time so we rented a mid size SUV from this location for a week and a half. They were super busy that morning yet still had our vehicle ready to go at the reserved time. Alvaro was great! We picked up and dropped off the car with him and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go over everything and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the SUV, it was freshly washed, the interior was clean, gas tank was full, and it was well maintained. Thanks to Alvaro the entire process was seemless and fast. We do a lot of camping over the summer and this will definitely be our go to spot. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience every time!
