“I had a great experience with Enterprise near Olympia Capital Mall. Preston provided excellent customer service and I appreciate the professionalism and competent service. Will definitely be using them next time I need a rental car.”

“I never had a problem with services from them. They're on time, they're patient. And and I'm glad they wait for me when I kist needed a few more minutes of getting ready and out the door. But their are some who can tell me that it's a share ride. But this 5 star review goes out to Melody #109. She's was so sweet and kind and I love that she told her story that she is a retired Nurse assistant and that she had the drive to continue working. Happy to have her as a driver for my ride home. Hope to see her again. She learned quickly her way around when she told me she never been to Tacoma before especially her being a 2 week old driver. Good luck to her. You're lucky to have her.”
“This office has friendly team members and a quick pick up process from a convenient location. We have been enterprise renters for years . This experience caused us to take pause and make a big change. We are much happier”
“Tyler was great. I Came in and he was very polite. Ask how my day was and what my plans were. Told him going to the fair. Very informative and when I came back remember exactly who I was. Ask how the fair was. Excellent customer service.”
“Car was ready to go when we got there, we had some issues with connecting our phones but after going back they took time to help us. Well pleased with the Toyota Camry!”

“My father in law rented a car here a few months ago after a bad encounter with Budget and had a really great experience, so when my wife and I planned our mini vacation last week there was no question who we were going to go with for renting a car. We have a car but traveling with 2 kids in a cramped car is not a good time so we rented a mid size SUV from this location for a week and a half. They were super busy that morning yet still had our vehicle ready to go at the reserved time. Alvaro was great! We picked up and dropped off the car with him and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go over everything and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the SUV, it was freshly washed, the interior was clean, gas tank was full, and it was well maintained. Thanks to Alvaro the entire process was seemless and fast. We do a lot of camping over the summer and this will definitely be our go to spot. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience every time!
