“I had emailed questions and heard back right away! Came in the next day and we went over all my options and helped me atleast get my laptop usable in the meantime. Will recommend everyone here!”

“We had water bottles for the Olympia High School cheer squad etched here. They turned out great! The etching is flawless - both the block font and the script font are super easy to read, and the logo turned out perfectly! The communication with Mary beforehand was also really helpful, she understood what we were going for and also wanted to make sure that every cheerleader felt good about the final product, so she gave recommendations that helped us figure out where to place the logo and their name. I am grateful for the expertise of the team at 4th Dimension that led to these beans such an excellent final product. I will definitely go back there!”

“Selection isn't what it use to be, and at times it's hard to get someone to assist you. When you do get assistance it can range from fair to exceptional. Perhaps they should identify key employees and have something like a peer mentoring and cross training on products deployed. I know my last purchase was for a 2K Leveno on line instead of Best Buy.”
