400 Cooper Point Rd SW STE 140, Olympia“I stopped into this metro on the west side of Olympia to see about getting an iphone hooked up on my plan. The 2 guys working were super nice and helpful, the one explained what I needed to do and I was in out and on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't catch his name, that's how quick it was!. But excellent customer service from these young men. If I didn't live in Kent id definitely always come to this location.”
“John Reed is the quintessential example of customer service at its best. He is very knowledgeable and provided high quality components and installation. If you need any antenna, satellite, or communications work, you will not regret contacting him.”
“Honestly, in the past, I have not been a fan of Best Buy. But, my last experience was very good. I had a new Sony Navigation screen installed into a 2011 Honda CRV. The two guys in the mechanic bay were absolutely awesome, just really great customer service. The ordering of parts and installation went smoothly and afterwards they walked me through the how-to on the unit. The reason brick & mortar stores exist is for the customer service, prices are not that great at best buy, as it is hard to compete with online sales that have low overhead. But this experience with the Best Buy installation crew was awesome!”

“Lily and Colin killed it Tuesday afternoon! Wife and I went in as I just got my fold 5. 3 or 4 months ago and the case I bought from Verizon when I got my phone has scratched my front screen so bad! They were so helpful in trying to resolve the case issue and scratched screen issue. Definitely won't be going anywhere else when it's time to get new phones!!”

“Started running into trouble back in 2016, probably a little before that, while in school at Grays Harbor College. Was able to catch some International Assocation of Scientologists where they were staking out my game collection, and also were embarassing me a lot, so I ended up having to change stores and discontinue my rewards (power-up). The good news is that the Nintendo Switch /gamepad was coming out, didn't have a problem being stuck on some older systems, so it ended up being a bunch of security gaurds and MetalJesusRocks that might have suspected another round. I'm definately buying in bulk online (highly recommended). In general, other than a few 3-4 quick pickups, even not lightweight pickups, like headphones, Switch- gamepad, XBOX, that would be about it for a store pickup.”

2925 Harrison Ave NW, Olympia“With my lack of leg strength, I'm unable to shop without an electric cart. Target always seems to have one available. As for Safeway, they very seldom have one available. So I'm unable to shop there. Great job Target!!!”
“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
“Desco is an absolute gem of our community since 1969, they have a caring, knowledgable staff and sell only quality products. They can also often repair microchip boards at a component level. Skip best buy if you want a real audio experience, you'll pay a little more but receive 4x the extra cost in a beautiful sound experience that competition just doesn't offer. This is coming from a professional DJ's opinion. Sound matters!”
