“Nehal is amazing! He took the time to help us even though he was on lunch. I was able to get my sister a new phone plan after she got screwed over from a DV situation. Now she has her own phone plan instead of an expensive $300 phone plan that AT&T was about to wrongfully stick her with without even asking for her authorization. Thank you again!!!”

“Desco Audio & Visual has been such an exemplary audio visual company that I had to express my sincere gratitude. Their office staff has been communicative on the progress needed to answer issues with my equipment issues and the technicians that have visited our home have been beyond competent. Honesty, integrity, product knowledge, and competence comes to mind as I compose this note of gratitude. Without any apprehension whatsoever, I would sincerely encourage anyone thinking about upgrading your audio/visual system; to engage Desco without hesitation. Thank you Desco!!”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Natasha, who is without a doubt the best salesperson known to mankind. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. She helped me get my new phone set up smoothly and efficiently, all while juggling multiple tasks like a true professional. Her ability to multitask while still making each customer feel important is seriously impressive. What really stood out was how calm and professional she remained during a difficult moment. While she was helping me, a rude jerk came in and started yelling at her about parking in “his” spot. Despite the situation, Natasha kept her composure the entire time. She handled it with patience and professionalism, never letting it affect the quality of service she was giving me. That level of self-control and dedication to customers says a lot about her character. Even while dealing with that interruption, she continued setting up my phone and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Honestly, the best thing that could have ever happened to that store is having Natasha working there. She’s amazing, awesome, incredibly skilled at what she does, and clearly cares about the people she helps. If every store had someone like her, customer service everywhere would be on a completely different level. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Selection isn't what it use to be, and at times it's hard to get someone to assist you. When you do get assistance it can range from fair to exceptional. Perhaps they should identify key employees and have something like a peer mentoring and cross training on products deployed. I know my last purchase was for a 2K Leveno on line instead of Best Buy.”

“Very pleased with this Target. They are almost always 100% in stock of what is on my list. The store is always clean and the employees have always been friendly. I really wish there were one closer to where I live. However, whenever I am in the area I am certain to stop here.”

“7/2023 Great store- but like many stores nowadays- they need actual cashiers. Usually there is only two cashiers and about a dozen empty registers. The line for self-checkout is often the length of half the store. I have walked out without my purchases twice. I have done the "order online for pick-up" probably fifteen times in the last few years. It is handy and I've only had a minor issue once. However if everyone does that then they need employee shoppers and not cashiers. But- if the line wasn't so long normally I wouldn't use the online ordering. I appreciate this store and only wish they had more cashiers during peak times (which they can figure out). Thanks!”
