What really stood out was how calm and professional she remained during a difficult moment. While she was helping me, a rude jerk came in and started yelling at her about parking in “his” spot. That level of self-control and dedication to customers says a lot about her character.
Even while dealing with that interruption, she continued setting up my phone and made sure everything was perfect before I left. She explained things clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Honestly, the best thing that could have ever happened to that store is having Natasha working there. She’s amazing, awesome, incredibly skilled at what she does, and clearly cares about the people she helps. If every store had someone like her, customer service everywhere would be on a completely different level. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Selection isn't what it use to be, and at times it's hard to get someone to assist you. When you do get assistance it can range from fair to exceptional.
Perhaps they should identify key employees and have something like a peer mentoring and cross training on products deployed.
I know my last purchase was for a 2K Leveno on line instead of Best Buy.”
