Delmonico's Heritage Butcher Shop is a full-service butcher shop and an absolute gem in Olympia. It is a warm, welcoming place with great vibes and amazing smells. The shop cuts, grinds, and stocks its case daily with a wide selection of house-made sausages, bacon, fine cured meats, grass and grain finished beef, and local pork, lamb, turkey, and chicken. The homemade deli meats and sandwiches are fantastic and out of this world, with the Euro, Italian, and Club sandwiches highly recommended. The shop also offers a curated selection of vermouth, wines, and olive oils. Excellent quality and great service are consistently noted, making it a neighborhood merchant that makes the area a better place to live. It is open Tuesday through Sunday for both butcher shop sales and lunch service.

Excellent Quality. This is our third year of getting a fresh never frozen local farm turkey. We tried their in house made Bangers. Best we have ever had. If you do anything today check out Delmonico’s best Butcher Shop. Matt & Michelle Fisher
