“What an amazing experience I just had! Jason was able to troubleshoot what I thought was a bad battery and direct me over the phone how to reset my iPad Pro. Everything he instructed me to do eliminated my problem and on top of that save me nearly $200.
There’s just not a lot of these good kind of business operators around these days the other local Mack repair service told me I had to bring my computer into their offices where they would have it for 10 days and likely ship it out of their offices to Apple and then back again.
Any business owner or operator should take a page out of this young man’s playbook on what customer service can look like and should look like. Kudos to you, Jason for not only being a great business operator, but rebuilding my trust in humanity.”

“What a group of trustworthy people….i took my printer to get it checked out since it was not printing the entire barcode…..silly me…all the ink cartridges were empty. I asked Ted what the charge was and he said, “nothing, diagnostics are free” . In today’s day we are always long to save some money and this place it’s for sure my computer people from now on. “My MacBook stopped working on me outta the blue. Took it to geek squad and they couldn’t figure it out. Gave up on it and almost decided to get a new one but chose to give this place a shot and see if i could get it fixed.
He was able to see the problem was the hard drive. Told me he’d be done by Friday and I could come grab it. Went back Friday and it was fixed although still had a lock on it from apple. Made an appointment with apple and was able to have them reset it for me at no charge. Very thankful for this shop I found! Fast and very reliable!!
