My Wife called in a curbside order for me to pick up, I got the confirmation that it was ready. Went to the store try to do curbside, couldn’t get it to work tried calling the store nobody you can talk to called and connected with the department. Explain to the people that I was unable to connect with anybody. She said she was going to contact someone and my order would be out shortly 45 minutes later still nothing. I called her back, but no one answered. Tried the operator. No one available. Eventually a lady came out with the wrong package and acted like I was putting her out.. Then she went back into store and came out with the correct package and said the problem was it was never ordered curbside. I said that’s funny because I have the confirmation for the curbside order and that it is ready. What an outfit, pretty easy to see why they’re closing lots of their stores. I definitely won’t be back.

I was late, and they were very gracious. They got me in, gave me good advice for hair-care, I got my hair cut and washed. I look great. I'll definitely be going back.

What a nice store with spacious isles and well stocked shelves and racks. There were great discounts on many items and it was nice and comfortable shopping here. I was also pleased that I was warmly welcomed into the store when I first entered. Once I got to the checkout clerk, she was also very calm and polite, I believe her name was Jennifer. Thank you.
I’ll make it a point to come in when I have more time and scope out all the terrific bargains that I caught a glimpse of.

Sent my husband to pick up my online order he had my confirmation number and ID. Beth at the customer service desk was very rude and unprofessional. Never had a problem with someone else picking up my order. She told him very rudely that I had to call next time in order for him to pick it up. She shouldn’t be working customer service with her attitude.

Normally don't shop at jcpennys but was having a difficulty finding quality polo shirts. Sales clerk helped me find a shirt that was acceptable and on sale. I was pleasantly surprised.

My aunt I shopped at JCPenney on Friday, May 17, 2024. A shout out to Judy in women's intimate apparel and Asa at check out for exceptional service and assistance. Judy helped us find exactly what we needed and Osa helped us get the best possible price. Both were very kind and friendly.

I wanted to commend JC Penny for having Carrie in the Olympia photography department. I brought my 2 year old grandson in for portraits. We had never met her. He was not happy. Thanks to Carrie and her patience and knowledge and friendliness, she was able to get some fantastic pictures. I would not only recommend her, but because of her, I am going to book a full family session with her. I would hire her in a minute. Thank you JC Penny. I like this one because there's less crazy in comparison to Tacoma and South Hill. The selection is decent and there's always parking. Only three stars because there is usually only one register open in home furnishings, and there is always a line.
