Amberlee was fantastic! She covered at this location on a Saturday and took in as many people for labs as she could by herself. She was very kind and efficient.

There was a bad review on my feed that I didn't make.
I find the place to have excellent technicians no pain always get the vain and are not quick but not slow. The workers have always been pleasant with me. And with thyroid issues I visit regularly.

Always get the blood on the first stick. Friendly and kind long lines sometimes but we all get a turn in the end.

Update 9/15/25:
I have surgery scheduled tomorrow and needed tests done first. I was hoping the employee from my previous review wouldn't be there. No such luck, she was there and came out to get me. Found a vein, and stabbed me so hard I jumped and yelled. 3 hours later it still hurts. Once again she scolded me and said not to move. This woman has zero compassion. She is retaliatory and vengeful. I'll do everything I can to avoid this Labcorp location, and file a complaint with their headquarters.
The woman who worked here today January 18, 2025, named Frances, treated me like a 3 year old criminal. She scolded me for not knowing that their hours are different from what Google states, as if I should automatically know that. I didn't get up way early and drive 35 miles on an empty stomach just to ruin her life. From the way she was ranting, you'd think that was my sole intent.
If this woman works with people on a day to day basis, she needs to find another job. If she's just having a bad day, she needs to keep it to herself. Management doesn't seem to be responding to comments here, so I will communicate in person and via the corporate site.

No where does it say they are by appointment only when you look up this location. I checked in and waited for 20 minutes (no one was called from the waiting room during this time). A lab tech (blonde very dark brows and glasses) came out and caked my name I started to grab my keys and make eye contact with her and she announces to the entire lobby I can’t be seen today because it’s by appointment only. Her tone and demeanor was very unprofessional. Secondly, please approach people to chat verse announcing their business. My doctor specifically told me to go to that lab to be seen on Saturday, never was it mentioned that I needed an appointment - I’ve never made an appointment for a blood draw and obviously would have if I would have known.

I don't normally give a review unless its that bad. If I could give it a zero I would. No support. Lady with the bleach bland hair hates her job or couldn't care because how she treats the patients was disrespectful and rude. Management needs to come up with better signs if they don't want any more people coming in when they are still open open. You guys need to get you act together.
I understand why this location has 3 stares as a rating already 😕

Short wait time, easy kiosk check-in, friendly & competent lab tech, quick results. The larger medical facility is kind of empty ghost-towny, but the lab is fine.

This is Larry’s wife. I’d give this place zero starts if I could. I had an appointment for 2:00 today, I checked in @ 1:55 via my phone, sat in the lobby and saw one patients leave about 2:05. I continued to wait then started thinking I may have checked in incorrectly so I finally dinged the bell at 2:25. A woman with short blond hair came out and I voiced my concern about checking in, she looked as though I was wasting her time to even answer me. She responded that they had a “tough draw” and they’d eventually get to me. There was also an older man trying to get checked in and when he asked her to help she rolled her eyes and physically looked like she was in pain having to help him. I waited a few more minutes then they came to get me, mind you no other patient came out so where was the “tough draw” patient??? The woman who brought me back was nice and was trying to help me get the orders from Fred hutch off my phone. I was told they had no printer and the orders couldn’t be sent because there were only two bars back there. I can’t be the only patient coming in with orders on my phone, it’s 2025! Needless to say the woman I dealt with in the lobby told me I should run down the street to fed-ex and get my orders printed off. No, never would I do that and come back to a place that is so inconsiderate and disrespectful! FYI, coming out to a lobby and informing your patients that you are running a bit behind would make a world of difference, common courtesy! Your employees need to be retrained in customer service because they lack any and all bedside manner.

This place gets a bad customer service rating because they have a visible front desk but no one is there, but this is standard at all labs. If you go to Quest, they have no front desk, only a kiosk to check in. That being said, I’ve always found these workers to be skilled, professional, and compassionate. I started to faint during one blood draw and they were so patient with me, holding an ice pack on my neck and rubbing my back, telling me to take my time. I felt so bad knowing there was a full waiting room but they were not irritated at all. I always go to this location.

I work in healthcare and would never treat people this way. After the experience I just had it doesn’t surprise me that this place has terrible ratings. The woman working today was incredibly rude from the second she came to the counter. First, to the woman in front of me… and then to me. She showed no compassion or kindness, awful demeanor for patient care. Avoid this Lilly Road location at all costs!

I wouldn’t suggest going here to get your labs done. I came here to get a couple labs done including my one hour glucose test and a couple other labs. I did the full process of drinking the glucose drink and waiting for an hour and I was very relieved when I was done because I have a hard time getting my blood drawn, on my way home the lady who drew my blood told me she misread my labs and I had to come back to get two additional labs. I came back the next day that I was free to get the other labs done. What they did not tell me is that she also messed up my entire glucose test so I had to redo the entire process. They let me wait for my results and did not tell me I had to redo it until I came back to take the other tests. They were not apologetic at all and the lady told me to sit down and listen to her explain it to me. It is not okay that a place like this is messing up people’s blood work and not informing them or apologizing they need to get it together. I was very upset and just went to another location where they treated me much better.
