This place gets a bad customer service rating because they have a visible front desk but no one is there, but this is standard at all labs. If you go to Quest, they have no front desk, only a kiosk to check in. That being said, I’ve always found these workers to be skilled, professional, and compassionate. I started to faint during one blood draw and they were so patient with me, holding an ice pack on my neck and rubbing my back, telling me to take my time. I felt so bad knowing there was a full waiting room but they were not irritated at all. I always go to this location.

Efficient and fast service. Employee taking my blood draw made it painless and was personable.

I work in healthcare and would never treat people this way. After the experience I just had it doesn’t surprise me that this place has terrible ratings. The woman working today was incredibly rude from the second she came to the counter. First, to the woman in front of me… and then to me. She showed no compassion or kindness, awful demeanor for patient care. Avoid this Lilly Road location at all costs!

I wouldn’t suggest going here to get your labs done. I came here to get a couple labs done including my one hour glucose test and a couple other labs. I did the full process of drinking the glucose drink and waiting for an hour and I was very relieved when I was done because I have a hard time getting my blood drawn, on my way home the lady who drew my blood told me she misread my labs and I had to come back to get two additional labs. I came back the next day that I was free to get the other labs done. What they did not tell me is that she also messed up my entire glucose test so I had to redo the entire process. They let me wait for my results and did not tell me I had to redo it until I came back to take the other tests. They were not apologetic at all and the lady told me to sit down and listen to her explain it to me. It is not okay that a place like this is messing up people’s blood work and not informing them or apologizing they need to get it together. I was very upset and just went to another location where they treated me much better.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful and then the blood draw was quick and as painless as it can be thanks to Francis over all a good experience

Best blood draw experience and there was a big issue from my doc office and Coutney fixed immediately. They have the best personalities. If you don't want to wait, schedule an apt online. I checked in my phone and was brought back in 1 minute! So happy I found them, not a fan of the other place in town.

I always have a difficult time giving blood. In fact, the last time I went a few months ago, they weren't able to do it in the 3 alotted attempts. Today, however, I got a kind, empathetic, woman named Jessica. She listened to me, didnt judge me, and creatively got it in the first attempt! I wish I could make appointments with her every time. Thank you, Jessica, I appreciate you more than you can know!

Friendly people. Just that. No one was at the front desk. Couldn’t get my labs done on the day of my appointment. Got poked twice in both arms and didn’t even get blood. What’s up with that? Told I had to come back after drinking water on another day. Sigh.

Selena was professional, courteous, and very Competent!!
Unfortunately, she is doing the work of at least two people as she staffs this LabCorp on her own?
I never felt the stick while she was doing the blood draw… Thank you Selena!!

Horrible. Some executive somewhere is making payments on his boat, his kids college fund, and his side chicks Porsche with all the money he should be spending on appropriate levels of staffing.
Just horrible.

Hope you like waiting for hours. The staff is moving at a snails pace behind the counter, and the waiting room is packed full… maybe build another facility labcorp?

Says they are open on Saturdays but does not specify by phone appointment only. Should add that so people can see these details before you make a trip

Customer service is dead at that location. An unkempt agry middle aged woman gretted me after standing at the front desk for 10 minutes "What do you want?" I politely answered her that I needed labwork. Then she hissed " Did you check in at the kiosk?" It was my first time there and was unaware of a kiosk. I figured the lazy at thr front desk was supposed to check me in. I left without service. Life's to short to interact with people that hate their job.

I forget her name, but whoever was working today needs a raise. That lady is doing a 4 person job on her own. She even fit me in without an appointment because she was "caught up on everything and could squeeze me in without appointment." So, she is also making you guys a ton of extra cash by doing that. The only reason you shouldn't give that lady a $5-10 an hour raise us because you're a cheap, greedy, corporation. Lucky for her, EVERYONE and I mean everyone is hiring in the medical field...

I was in this labcorp this evening as they were getting ready to close getting some labs done and I didn't catch her name however the elderly lady the was working seemed very agitated and exhausted and it to her 3 times of poking me and during all 3 times when the needle was in my arm she kept moving it around searching for the vein and during the second when she put in I feel she went too far in and it started sending shooting and stinging pain up my arm clear up to my shoulder and I said ouch and explained to her what I was feeling and she still kept fishing for it and then pulled it out a second later and during all this she was being very viscous like by slamming the needle container around and I suggested to her that she has someone else try and she said something about seeing if Yolanda was available to but she never even asked and then just went ahead with trying my right which it took her at least 45 seconds to a minute to find my vein fishing around for it which also hurt. Now both of my arms are in a lot of pain tonight especially my right one. I did not appreciate this lady's attitude and why she felt the need to take her problems and exhaustion out on me during the lab draw cuz now I'm sitting here at home with the reflected pain of of the way she acted. I feel that that lady should lose her job over this some kind of action needs to be taken considering she was really crucial with the patient before me also. Eventually if she keeps doing these said things to patients I'm worried that she could cause much worse.
