I never got my online order! UPS said it was “damaged” and all items were missing on OCTOBER 23rd. It’s been a month! I want my items or my money back!

Paola was extremely helpful, kind, quick, and patient! I had a very large online order return (I am pregnant and maternity clothes are hard to fit), and she made sure the return was done correctly with a smile on her face the whole time. Would highly recommend this Old Navy just because of the excellent quality of service she provided. She definitely deserves a shout out from her boss - A+!!!

Been a customer for 3-4 years now, I love shopping in oldnavy bc of the discount and selections they have but this store made our experience so bad that we are no longer coming back! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGER CAPITAL MALL OLYMPIA! THIS STORE ROBBED US INFRONT OF OUR YOUNG CHILDREN!Offered us the old navy credit card bc we'll be getting a good discount! True! Sign up now and get 20% discount, which we did because it's more than $100 that we'd be able to save and who doesn't love that especially if you have multiple kids! We paid what we owe in cash because there’s really no need to use the card. After couple weeks got a notification that we are charged of the same amount as what we had paid for. Didn't really think of it as a big deal because it could have been an error. Contacted old navy Customercare, we were transferred not once, not twice but 5x and our issue wasn't even resolved bc we have to contact the physical store. Called the store immediately because we were hopeful that it'll be an easy fix, because hey nowadays, there are CCTV Cameras everywhere!! The general Manager- Heidi, ask for just 1 item on the receipt, gave all the information, send them the receipts and WE EVEN TOLD THEM TO CHECK THE CAMERAS MULTIPLE TIMES. They refused to because they'll check and will contact us back. She called after a day or two, which I know, I have a gut feeling that when she said that they didn't have an over/under cash tendered but I insisted that they double check and again to check the cameras. She said their AP(Not sure who/what that is) will check and will call me back for an update. No update/call back, called them on Friday, but no update, called them today only to be told that, " On your transaction, the cashier didn't open her registry", " How much cash did you give her?", " Did you have a change, how much was it?". Uhmm I'm sure I have a change Heidi bc I wouldn't give an exact amount of $271.66! I asked again, how about check the CCTV Cameras? " And this is the response that we dreaded the most " We can't pull it up bc it has been a month and Heidi even said that there cameras wouldn't detect if their cashiers are opening their registries and if they're handing out change! Heidi said there is nothing they can do but to say sorry, they understand how I Feel and that the registry wasn't opened at all. Did it not occur to them that " We might have given the cash first before the cashier offered the credit card?" and Just told me to call 1-800 because there's nothing they can do! I hung up on her because I was furious, I was mad & left speechless, I was made to feel that we are lying, I can’t blame them, maybe there were instances that they believe the lies. I told her that my husband will contact them. She told my husband the same thing. That is why we are left with ONLY a choice to, file a complaint to BBB. The emotional stress and time wasted dealing with them was too much. Not worth the discounts and selections.

Purchased almost $300 in clothing. Applied for the credit card to get the discount then paid the entire amount in cash. My cash payment did not post to my account so it shows an almost $300 balance. I lost the receipt and store apparently doesn't keep records of their transactions. They keep security footage for a month or so and two weeks after the purchase we requested they look at the footage which they didn't do. A month later they say they no longer have the footage. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They really need to change the way they keep records or something.

Online catalogue does not match actual inventory. Staff was disrespectful immediately when asked about the item I was looking for. Please get better inventory tracking systems and retrain staff.

Today, I went to the location with the intention on buying some new jeans. Mind you, I haven’t went jean shopping (neither online or in-person) in 6 years. I wasn’t especially confident because I’ve spent the last several years overseas and lost touch to what’s new. I didn’t know what I was looking for. I didn’t know how they were suppose to fit. I just wanted to feel comfortable but look nice. A young woman whose names starts with an E (don’t want to post her name without permission) with the sweetest bangs and awesome liner—she was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help me and my god I can not thank her enough. Thank you Ms. E. With your help, I got a little bit of my self esteem back.

Nice selection of inexpensive clothing. Not much for me as a 54 year old man but we found some good deals for my 9 year old daughter for back to school.
