Safeway is a convenient and friendly neighborhood grocery store. It is a 'go to' store for many, offering the best local produce and meats around, with extremely competitive sale prices. The store features a bakery with customizable cakes and cupcakes, and a deli with party trays made to order. Customers can use the Order Ahead pick up service for bakery items. The butcher-block offers an assortment of meat and seafood, including sushi in select locations, while the produce department is full of fresh fruits and veggies. The store provides Grocery Delivery and DriveUp & Go™ for fast service and has a floral department. The store is always clean and well lit. Employees are friendly and helpful, offering great customer service when asked for assistance. However, the store has issues with theft at the self checkouts. During busy times, very few of the many checkouts are open, though the self checkout process is typically smooth. The parking lot and store area sometimes have problems with individuals loitering. Some prepared foods, like the oriental food, can be very dry and not very tasty.
The second i walked in i found my fruit bowls buy two get one free..yes please!

The young men who do the online orders are very professional. They helped me resolve all the issues with my first online order at this store. I will definitely keep doing my orders at this Safeway! Unfortunately, I never got their names, but this was on the 12th.
