“Amazinggg experience. Maja helped me and my friend and was such a joy to talk to! She did our scans and talked to us about insoles and what would be best for our feet. Me and my friend walked out with new socks and insoles because it actually does make a difference when running. Definitely coming back and bringing my dad with me. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10, no notes”

“After dealing with the big three falconry suppliers in the US, I have to say Northwoods falconry has the finest customer service of them all! Debbie has been so great, I dont think I'll deal with any other falconry supplier again :) If you need falconry supplies shipped to Canada, this is where you should shop ?”

“The employees at this store have consistently been helpful and spent time helping my son find a shoe that was not only comfortable but one that fit his style. I’ve gone into this store 3 separate times and every single employee provided exceptional service.”

“Not so much as a review on this location, but more as a review of the American Eagle Return policy. The ladies here have always been really helpful. But nowhere else have I been, where if you show up with the tags and the receipts, will they not take the return. Like at least look at the clothes and use your judgement that they’ve never been washed or used. Or do a better job of organizing clothes. I mistakenly bought the short version of my jeans, and in excitement to wear them, took off the tags put them on and bam- they fit like a glove, but too short. However the short/long/regular are all mixed in together. Still they wouldn’t take the return.”

“I just want to shout out an amazing customer service experience today! I brought in a pair of soccer cleats that ripped after only 2 months of use. The staff offered an exchange no questions asked! I was so impressed at how easy they made the exchange!!!”
