We called summit finally to see if they could beat another hour quote from AAA and Carol was amazing and got us a truck in about twenty minutes! My oldest said we should send her a gift basket we were so happy with how fast and efficient she was! Tim was our tow driver and friendly and fast and kind. Wonderful experience all around. “Stuck in Ocean Shores late in the evening, tried using my insurance's roadside assistance to have it towed home but waited over 4 hours with them unable to find anyone. I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.”
