Sarah in the makeup department offered to help me find the right basics for an everyday, low maintenance makeup selection. She was welcoming and such a great helping in finding what works for my skin. She works Wednesday and Thursday’s for anyone needing the assistance!

My daughter and I both had appointments for haircuts. We had different stylists, and they both did a fantastic job. Also, I found some of my favorite makeup and skin products.

Had an appointment set by a girl after I had my first session done; came in for what was wrote on the card to be told it wasn’t even for that day, she went to ask the stylist if there was anything she could do and before she came back to even tell me the answer I hear a big booming “NOOO NO NO NOO” accompanied by glares by said staff member. -100/10 wouldn’t recommend. First appointment I had, all the stylists had to say was negative stuff about coworkers and their district manager, talked negatively about some clients to me as if im to agree with highschool girl drama. Super weird place. Go to a real salon to get your hair done.

Very disappointed by the customer service at this location. I arrived at 8:23 PM this evening to run in and purchase something very quickly. This was intended to be a short trip. I even left my partner in my running vehicle. I am well aware of their hours seeing as I visit this location frequently. They close at 9PM. Upon arrival, the lights were on and window shades were up. This revealed about 4 employee's standing in a circle socializing. I continued my way to the front doors, and as I did so they rushed over and pulled the blinds shut, they turned the lights off and one quickly locked the doors. I was honestly flabbergasted. I understand the store closes at 9PM. There is a big sign with their hours right on the front door. I work in customer service myself, and totally understand the unwritten rule to not go into an establishment right before close... However, this was 43 minutes before they closed. I'm just over all disappointed and feel as if the hours should be changed if they will not offer customers to make purchases past a certain time. Again, not trying to be a Karin, but just disappointed.

Booking system seems to be always having an issue. It has been 3 x of this happening for different services each time. No customer service willing to fix the issue, just a sorry maybe later. Additionally, times are adjusted on staffs side so that you will get cancelled or changed to someone else with no communication.
Very bummed as this place has been my go to for many years and many thousands with my hair.

I had a great experience at Ulta . I came in little frustrated about getting the right product for my age and had already Went through some product lines that didn’t work . A sales lady Stephanie kindl Walked up and said can I show you some other options for your skin.
She was more my age and I felt it was so helpful to have someone who understood my skin better .
I really was impressed with Stephanie’s knowledge on the product lines.

The store itself is nice and like most Ulta stores with a variety of beauty and hair supplies.
The salon looked nice so I tried it and was disappointed. I had several images of the hairstyle I wanted? A shag with lots of volume and bangs cut straight across. I ended up with hair that is ridiculously flat . She even styled it as flat to my head as she could. The bangs were thinned to about nothing and cut in a reverse Eddie Munster style with a huge V going up my forehead the whole thing cost a little over 90 with a tip. I thought other than being super flat it was okay because I am visually impaired. However, when I got home and looked, I was heartbroken. She also overthinned
it, which didn't give me volume but made me nearly bald, so I look like I am even older. It will take years to grow back like it was. I don't know how this was a professional haircut. This ruined what bit of confidence I had.

Just got out of this ulta location and bought a acne product. As I was standing in line, I was smacking my lips because I just ate and kept taking my beanie off because my head was very warm and put it back on quickly because of my bad haircut and did not want people to look at it. A mother of two kids looked at me weird because she thought I was staring at her kids and also thought I was a predator. I'm not. Also, she might have told one of your employees about me. When I got to the counter, your cashier, Athena, gave me weird looks and I felt uncomfortable. Your employee sucks! Hire someone else!
