Lily and Colin killed it Tuesday afternoon! Wife and I went in as I just got my fold 5. 3 or 4 months ago and the case I bought from Verizon when I got my phone has scratched my front screen so bad! They were so helpful in trying to resolve the case issue and scratched screen issue. Definitely won't be going anywhere else when it's time to get new phones!!

Staff is unfriendly and rude. Representative was unwilling to answer simple questions like is this phone in stock? And then refuse to tell us his name because he obviously was aware that he was either being rude or incompetent. Avoid this location at all cost. Completely night and day experience than we've had at our local Verizon store. Do not buy from this location.

David was particularly helpful walking us through trying to swap from multiple separate plans to one single plan and get us new phones at no extra cost. He was super understanding and patient with us while we were a bit of a mess trying to understand everything which was appreciated. Honestly just being kind with him and knowing what we wanted helped a lot! So far we are loving the new phones and it saved us money.

Did not explain I would not be able to charge iPhone 15 without buying something else. When i returned I was greeted by an associate who had a lot of attitude, patience, and eye rolling. Needless to say, went elsewhere and found much better customer service and explanation.

This location is a terrible place to go for any kind of service! Bought a phone and was told to take it back in when my son was able to switch his info from his old phone to his the new phone and turn in the trade within 7 days. When we did return we were told we would have to wait 25 minutes. When it was our turn the woman said she could do that but it would cost 30$. When questioned about why this was, if the other gentleman told us to do this, we were met with attitude. Then she backed down and said she could transfer the number and account for free but anything else would be 30$. She also told us we had 70 days to turn in the old device. She couldn’t even do the transfer because there was a pin that I needed to get. So we left the store and went to our vehicle when we discovered that she took service off of the old device rendering my son’s phone useless. So we turned around and went back to the store and was met by Charles who did nothing but make up excuses for all the lies we were told like “ oh sometimes we tell people 7 days instead of 70 because people forget “ and he interrupted us anytime we spoke! In the end we transferred the phone number and INFO for free at home by ourselves! So unless you want to be directed in circles and charged for nonsense DO NOT GO HERE! But I’ll say when we were buying the phones they sure were extremely nice!

manager needs to listen with less of an impatient attitude and eye rolling, especially since we don't all work in this business and have his knowledge.

Manager started yelling when I questioned her about an employee who lied to me about my phones warranty being voided if I remove the factory installed screen protector. Bubbles caused the screen to not work so went in to get it fixed. Employee said can't remove it. Only option was to buy a new phone... really? Every other cell store told me that's simply a lie. They really tried to make me buy a new phone because the plastic screen protector had bubbles? So pathetic.

Phenomenal customer service from David. Was able to help us and did not give up on the first try with trying to help us get new lines set up. Definitely went the extra mile to get us taken care of.

Oh Verizon,I just wish they were forth coming with info. About a year ago my husband and I moved to Verizon from T-mobile and added the Do more plan for the travel pass options for when we family abroad. My husband kept his old phone during this transition due to a deal with a voucher that was never honored. Last weekend we went to upgrade his phone. The purchasing process was easy, but we inquired about the travel pass days that should be banked for our trip coming up in December. After talking with 2 associates (one was a manager) they said that plan expired in April (which was not communicated) and if we wanted to have phone access out of the country we would need to spend $10 dollars a day or $100 for the month. After researching online this was proven to be false. Additionally, I went to upgrade my phone, they did not have it in stock and referred me to Best Buy because they had one and have a partnership with Verizon. This process was not seamless, my phone services was turn off (absent of Best Buy informing me when I purchased the new phone) and when I went back to Verizon to activate my new phone, the associate said they had to take the only phone that day because the new one was purchased at Best Buy (which they told me to do) then skipped transferring all my information from my old iPhone to the new because they were closing in 50 minutes and "didn't have time". So I spent the next 3 hours reinstalling apps, trying to recall passwords for all the accounts, had to rest my watch because it was tethered to the old phone, reset all settings and lost all my text messages. The only thing that was saved was photos (thank god). So over them...

We went see ck the plan for international travel, Adam was extremely professional helping us to understand the plan .Unfortunately it was too much for international traveling, so we end up going back to our old plan. 5 stars to Adam.

SAMANTHA!!!wow wow wow. I grew up in Olympia WA my whole life and moved to Spokane for school a few years ago and was only in town for a little visit. Samantha helped my mom and I not once, but twice over 2 days. She had gone over all our options, made calls for us and her 10yrs of experience SHOWED. i was so beyond comfortable and thankful for her amazing help and she just made a hard transaction that I didnt know how to do alone- so much easier. Samantha, you are a light in this world and such an educated boss woman!! So blessed to get such help:)

This review shouldn't be considered a bad review for the Verizon employees at the Capital Mall store. They worked very hard to resolve problems with my shared account and my wonky phone. However, the Verizon company has earned at least a poor review. The first hour-long visit in a recent week was to change the mode of payment and contact information for the account. The associate with whom I spoke put me onto a phone call with a Verizon representative somewhere. After about 45 minutes, I thought the current bill had been charged to my credit card, future bills would be emailed to me, and that the current balance was 0. As I found out later that night via an email forwarded from the person sharing the phone account, the bill had not been paid, the email address had not been changed, and the person with whom I had talked did not understand what we were trying to do.The following day, I spent another hour at the Capital Mall Verizon Store. This time, the associate worked with me personally and we went through all the boring steps again. This time, I walked out with passwords, pin number, correct email in the Verizon system, and a paid-up balance.BONUS: My phone had been sending calls to voice-mail without ringing. The helpful associate disarmed Verizon's free call screening (which doesn't work on foreign language robots calls), saying that I could enable portions of the app later if I wished. The app appears to be the root of that problem.So, if you need to visit Verizon, know why you're going: make a list, be patient, and expect to spend An. Hour That. You.Will.Never.Get.Back.

I have had not so great service at the authorized retailer stores. I would recommend coming here instead. Worth the 20 mins extra drive.
