“All I did was save a package that Amazon left outside her store when she was clearly closed. There were protests downtown that day and thousands of people walking past. So I picked up her package and called her and let her know I had it and would bring it to her when she opened. She was so very kind and gave me a gift card which I immediately spent because her store is the best in Olympia!! Thanks you!! I love your store and will be back! Sydney you're a unique gem!”
“I hate bra shopping for a number of reasons, but this whole experience was lovely. Rose, Mango, and Kaylee, the three associates who helped me out, were all wonderful. Rose got me sized set up and started in the dressing room and was honestly top notch, and mango and Kaylee helped me find other stuff in my size that worked. 10/10”

The pieces by other brands/makers are obviously carefully selected for quality and comfort, and are made to last many years. Be sure to ask about returns policies if you have any doubts. Many small boutiques cannot afford to offer returns. The changing rooms are spacious and private, so you can make sure you're getting the fit you want.”

“I want to give A big shoutout to Ethan and Jasmine, who helped me review footage and did their best to help me track down the kids that violently assaulted my father outside the mall yesterday. They were both kind and patient with me during a time of heightened emotions, and have been an even bigger help than OPD at this point in time. I hope their manager/supervisor makes sure both Ethan and Jasmine get the proper recognition and kudos. They did not have to help me, but still did and for that I’m eternally grateful.”

“This folksy store reminds me a lot of my time in Santa Fe, and I mean that as the highest compliment possible. It feels like a wonderland of handicrafts, all from different corners of the world but all made with a sense of care and artistry, combining individual creativity with a grounding in the history and culture of a particular community, a particular history with a particular series of techniques. I told the garrulous gal at the front that it felt like a colorful dream, and she smiled: it really does. Everything feels so whimsical, crafted with a sense of specificity and individual agency instead of the cheap, disposable products of a consumerist society that are everywhere these days. This is a very special space.”
