We had a bit of a money situation at my place of business on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. In the attempt to solve our problems, my boss and I first tried the banking instruction that my store banks with. That institution was NOT helpful. The WSECU on Martin Way in Olympia happened to be open, so we crossed our fingers that they would be whiling to help. To my happy surprise, they were. We didn’t have an account with them but they made a one time exception for us and SAVED US! We would have had such a struggle at my job over Labor Day if it wasn’t for the extremely nice & helpful staff!!! I personally do shared branching at this location and have always enjoyed my experience!!! ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give them 0 stars, atm broke. Only one lane open. Inside has a line of 6 people to the doors. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service.Add an atm and I bet the line would be cut in half.

I go out of my way to go to this branch. Service has only faltered once which give 4 stars out of 5. Even on my bad day they have been very helpful. Thank u all for being so kind and garcious.

We've banked with this branch for years, usually through the drive through. In fact, of all the WSECU's in the area, I'd have to say this drive through is the best. They serve people in order and they rarely make mistakes (but they do make mistakes so check your receipts and balance before driving away). However, the service inside the branch is abysmal. We sat in the bank for 30 minutes and were literally the only customers yet no one helped us. This was after we were told someone would help us right away. There was 7 staff there, 3 in offices and 4 up front, serving absolutely no one. Banking is not this hard. If you don't have staff who know how to handle the small transactions, how are you going to handle the big ones???

I've been with this credit union for a few years now and its always been great. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. I was with another bank that switched hands and it just wasn't the same anymore. Glad I made the switch to wsecu and you will be to.

I recently established an account at WSECU and was there to utilize the notary services, but was told they could not notarize my real estate seller paperwork. These documents are not a part of the unable to notarize list found on the website. I was told to go to UPS were I had to pay close to $100 for notarization. I regret establishing my account with this credit union and will look for an alternative institution for my local banking.

I'm always happy to go to the bank now! From the security guard out front to the bank tellers inside, everyone has been friendly and welcoming. When we decided to open an account on moving to Olympia, we asked a few people, friends and clerks in stores, and this was the popular bank. There are plenty of branches and shared ATMs and I've always been happy with the friendly and knowledgeable service at WSECU.

This branch is loaded with SUPER-STAR, ROCK STARS!! They are sure making life easier during these COVID-19 stressful times. I just did 5 transactions, mostly on the phone with an awesome customer support banker who had my bank check ready and met me at the door to sign receipts and depost cash. They are always FABULOUS and beyond. Best Credit Union ever, best branch EVER!

I've been banking with WSECU for over 5 years, and have only had good experiences with the banking services and customer service. This weekend my card was used fraudulently overseas, which they declined transactions for, and working with customer service this morning was a breeze. I appreciate the new opt in fraud alerts, and the new checking account options.
