Nothing major, just be warned that you might need an appointment. I came in about 1pm on a Sat and was told that helping me would take too long, and there was an appointment coming in 15 min which would have to bump me. Had to leave without any service.

I moved out of state several years ago, but WSECU has always been good to me. I recently got a loan for a used car and they were fantastic to work with.

The entire staff is very well spoken & polite. Never an attitude or rolling of the eyes 👀 type tellers. Lots of parking and handicap parking right by the doors. Coffee tea and water served. Armed Guard on duty at the door very safe .
