“Marcelo is a knowledgeable, adept, and honest mechanic. We feel blessed to have run into Marcelo’s charming shop alongside I-5, where we had unexpectedly run into engine trouble on a family roadtrip with our toddler in the backseat. While it was near the end of the day for his shop and all other shops in area had told us they couldn’t help us, Marcelo graciously told us to come and he would see what they could do. He took it upon himself, at his busy shop, to diagnose and repair our Mazda SUV to get us on the road in less than an hour, including getting the right specialty parts we needed! When our engine died on the highway, we would never expected that we would have had it repaired in such a short time. Our toddler enjoyed his friendly dog and garden, and I’m not sure she even thought anything had happened out of the ordinary. Thanks Marcelo and team!”

“While I was driving to Seattle on I-5, my car started to shake. It was 4:30pm on a Friday, so everywhere I called couldn’t take me, except for Twisted Wrenches. I was so relieved! The front desk person was generous, even giving me their extra water bottle when I was thirsty. And when I showed up they took my car straight back to take a look at it. In under 15 min, I was back on the road. The spark plug became disconnected, so it was a quick fix. I can’t express enough how much this resolved my anxiety. Without Twisted Wrenches my weekend plans would have been ruined!”
