What a blessing Techmotive is to the Ethel community. We were just passing through the area when I started having issues with my Ram 3500 diesel while towing our fifth wheel. Even though I wasn’t a local or a longtime customer, they treated me like I had been coming there for years.
Josiah, my service manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, thorough, and honest, and I always felt like I understood what they were finding, what needed to be done, and why. There was never any pressure to do unnecessary work.
