I have tried to be understanding of this place. They punished me because my husband complained by not delivering packages to my house anymore. It used to say customer requested to he held. When I didn't. So now they ride around with my packages never attempt to deliver them and then say they did and that I wasn't home. They never attempt. Thats falsified records. Im sure there will be retaliation for this review. Can't get my packages till Monday now. Consumer Affairs is who you call.

This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with, never in my life have I had so much trouble getting packages delivered to my house. The post master is rude as hell she shouldn’t be working in any customer service type jobs with the attitude she has. Salkum does a way better job and I’ll be seeing if I can move my post service there.

The worst post office I’ve ever experienced, rude staff that has a habit of stuffing packages into P.O. Boxes that don’t fit and end up ruining the package
Along with receiving other people’s mail no matter how many times we tell them we are not these random people
Good luck getting anything done in a timely matter here, they have extremely short hours and are only open on weekdays along with closing at 4

It’s posted outside the door with a doorbell saying we have until 9 on saturdays to get packages. I just rang the bell about 20 times. I can hear people talking inside. After standing there for 5 minutes ringing the bell I hear the woman tell the man, “I’m the only one hear today, it’s not gonna happen.” Not sure if she was talking about not answering the doorbell or what. I Just don’t understand how hard it is to open the door and give someone their package. Monday is a holiday and now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my package.

If I could choose zero stars I would. I have never seen such incompetence in my entire life. Constantly getting the wrong peoples mail, lost packages, or they don't even try at all. Today my dog food was sent back after I got the alert it was ready then they had the brillant idea to send it back to sender less then an hour later! When I tried to call I couldn't get a live person either just their stupid automated crap. Guess who gets to order their dog food to my work address and avoid this place. Ugh!

Wouldn't deliver my package, then told me they sent it back the same day before I could pick it up at the post office.

USPS employee would not get out of her vehicle and knock on my door to have me sign for a package..saw her a week later..she’s not disabled and there was no cast on her..I missed my mail that day..isn’t this her job? Employee inside at counter is really nice, friendly, efficient..she’s needs a faster computer..newer too!

Mail lady pulled up to deliver but I couldn't get out there fast enough so she left with my packages!!! Didn't deliver, put them on hold instead. Next day go to get them but it's closed! Not only that but AGAIN held another package today so now 2 days in a row of not getting our mail! So many issues with her past year. Made complaints but falls on deaf ears. They don't care! Never had this much trouble in over 20 years living here till they hired this lazy mail lady. Keeps tossing my packages out the window.

It is not the same as it used to be. So many people have left. It just doesn't feel as friendly as it used to. I miss the old girls and postmaster.

For 10 years I would get my packages that didn't fit in my mailbox, delivered to my porch...now there's a new postmaster and has quit delivering to my house. The post office is closed by the time I get home from work and also closed on weekends...so tell me when am I to pick up my package?
