“Better than Federal Way in my opinion. Store is very organized and aisles are easy to navigate. One thing I learned is that items are very rare so you may never be able to find or buy the same item again. From holiday decors, to furniture, home decors, snacks, pet toys, candles, pillows and lamps - never a dull moment! I would say they don't have artificial floral section like Michaels and Joanne does, but you will find unique items here that may not be available online. Beautiful selection, I highly recommend to shop here for your home decor needs.”
“Amazing wide selection of home and seasonal decorations. There's large area rugs, pillows, holiday decors, wall arts, storage bins, vases, candles, furniture, beddings, and so much more! Limited selection of artificial plants in a stick. Staff are attentive and smiling. You will need a couple hours here. Great store to buy decors.”

“It's definitely one of my favorite stores in Sumner. Such a wide variety of things they offer there. I went in for one item and ended up spending more money than I anticipated. But again, I would much rather spend my money locally than to send it off to amazon! Kitchen things, cooking things, silly things, things that make you laugh! Just a little bit of a lot of different things. Soaps, soups and tea, and so much more! Great place for gifts!”
“Since visiting WA this trip I've been here 3 times already and each time I leave satisfied and carrying a whole bunch of stuffs! Affordable and budget friendly while shipping on a budget.
The store was a bit unorganized, but considering my time of visit was near closing its understandable, the cashiers are my favorite they we welcoming and asked the right question and knew to anticipate my shopping concerns.

“Very good experience delivering here. It's a little tight entering this business plaza, but there's plenty of space to dock provided that nobody is docked in front of you. The guy with glasses that came to assign me to a door was nice and he actually helped me with the docking which was incredibly thoughtful. Very good man. Wish there were more like him in this world.You wait at the side of the "Hanes" building as shown in the picture. When you turn left to enter the dock area, go all the way down, make a left, and back up to park next to the "Hanes" office. Someone will come and grab you. Make sure to go to the Crate and Barrel receiving door and ring the doorbell to let someone know you're here. You will see the office in the corner juat before making that left turn into the docks.Someone will come grab you or assign you to a door. I came at 5am (appointment was at 7am) and they came and assigned me to a door at 6am. They unloaded the 25 pallets in about 45 minutes.”

“every time i go i always find what im looking for and more lol. the ladies at the front and at the cutting counter are always so sweet and thoughtful and i always get great service. i question all the reviews that state this store has bad customer service because ive never encountered that. you get what you give! special shoutout to my cashier who wrapped my glass spring decor before bagging it (without me having to ask!!!) that totally made my day! puyallup joann’s is the best!”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”
