“I'm still waiting for delivery of our bed, but wanted to share my 5 Star experience with the Sleep Number Puyallup store. Sales associate Michael took the time to walk through the whole Sleep Number system and options from start to finish with a great pace, very concise and at the same time informative, not pushy, not overpromising how at other mattress stores sales people every single bed is amazing and are great for your back. I liked how Michael described how all the mattresses carry the core function and benefits. And, we have the choice to include additional features that we need or are interested in. No pressures to select the top model but rather focusing on what OUR needs and OUR interest and OUR areas of focus are and providing an honest guidance be it a lower cost model.

I will also say that we also briefly worked with Jonathan at the store who helped complete the final order since I needed to take a day to review options. Jonathan was very patient and closed out the sale so seamlessly. At some other stores, I find sales associates competing against each other and not giving any care or time to customers who connected with a prior sales associate. Michael and Jonathan really do have each other's back and work collaboratively as a TEAM. I appreciate seeing this.

I will try remembering to update my review once I get the mattress. But, if everything goes right, I plan on coming back to the store for accessories, etc and hope to run into Michael and Jonathan again.”

I walked out feeling accomplished and also appreciated because how helpful they were.”

“My last Lowe’s Puyallup review was very poor so it’s only fair to recognize staff that went the extra mile this evening.

As I was about to check out Shaun asked me if I’d found everything even though the store was about to close. Shaun immediately went looking for a light bulb I was unable to find while I started checking out. He returned with an option which unfortunately wasn’t the voltage I needed.

The cashier was struggling to find a sku number for two bulbs I did find and Shaun was able to resolve that problem with the help of Garrett the manager.

I appreciated both Shaun and Garrett’s efforts to find product and allow me to check out with my purchases. In this case common sense prevailed which was very refreshing as I was feeling more and more frustrated.”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”

“I was at the Lakewood Lowe's looking at wallpaper. I found wallpaper that I like there were only 2 rolls so I purchased them.
I called the Tacoma Lowe's and spoke with a representative. I was told that they had 4 rules of that particular wallpaper. They said I could come and pick it up at the paint counter. So I drove from 72nd and McKinley to the Tacoma Lowe's over by fircrest. Went to the paint counter explained to the sales associate about the wallpaper. She said I don't know anything about that there's nothing back here for anybody. She was pretty snotty and had that fake sweet can I help you thing going on. I went to the return desk the young lady there was not helpful and quite rude too very short and blunt. Okay so I go to the wallpaper aisle and look at the wallpaper I don't see any.

So I go out to my car.I go online and I'm trying to locate this wallpaper at different Lowe's. That was a big pain.

I go back into the store to the paint counter ask the young lady could you please check to see if you have this in inventory. Wallpaper is a whole different department than paint. Would you like me to go see if I can find the lady who works in the wallpaper and window covering department. That would be great. She comes back about 8 minutes later. Tells me that the young lady has been the only one here and she has not received any phone calls today. The phone number here starts with a 460 doesn't it. No it's 253 I said the prefix oh I don't know.

So very frustrated at this point the lack of ability to help somebody or answer any questions. I go back out to my car I decided to call the Puyallup Lowe's. There's another thing that gets me they're stupid AI phone system they have. I won't talk to it I think it's ridiculous they can never get anything that you say right. After saying sales associate about 10 times It transfers me to a sales associate. A young man named Jordan answered the phone. I explain to Jordan what had happened he sympathized with me. Give me the number on the package and I'll look it up. He said looks like we have four rolls here. Would you like me to go double check in person to make sure we have them here. Yes that would be wonderful if you could do that I replied. Yes ma'am there are four rolls here. Could you please hold them for me? I'm coming from the Tacoma Lowe's should be there in approximately 20 minutes. Sure ma'am I'll put them in a cart. Can you take it to the floor department with you? Yes I can ma'am. Okay thank you so much for all your help I greatly appreciate it jordan. I'm on my way.

I get to the Puyallup Lowe's I walk in the door. I go directly to the flooring department. There's a cart with my four rolls of wallpaper in it. I grab the cart I go two aisles down I see a young man there whom I'm suspected was Jordan. He sees me and says you got your wallpaper yes I did thank you so much. I look at his name tag I want to make sure I get your name correct. I'm leaving you a great review. Thank you ma'am you have a great evening he says.
This young man was polite, sympathetic, well spoken, very helpful, smiling when I saw him and helping another customer.
